Extremely poor quality. No difference from the shoes I bought for half of the price. Poor plastic, no soft at all, no real to size (I am size 6, and size 6.5 is tight. Refund policy is unfair.

Bought 4 in different sizes 2 small, 1 11+13 and 1 9-10. The fastening on the neck like a bra strap hook and eye ,never seen that before they don't stay closed on the dance floor. All sizes are very small, size up at least one size. And didn't send the smallest item back due to having to pay for return postage

Shoes were too small not a very good fit as they were supposed to be suitable and we had to pay the postage to send them back

I made my Oder on the 26th of January it's not the 17 of February I can't say I am enjoying my dance shows because they have not arrived yet!!! You can imagine how one feels about the experience

The dance pants are extremely small made. I am having to return them. They are definitely not an adult small so the sizes are very misleading.

Sadly the sizing was way out. I always take 5.5 but the practice dance shoe in that size was way too small. It cost me nearly £5 to return the shoes and I just dare not risk ordering a different size even though I really liked the shoes. It’s costing me far too much I’m afraid.

Disappointed in my black training ballroom shoes. I’m a regular size 4 & these were so tight, my toes were crinkled up, even wearing a pair of sheer tights. You would need a size larger. As for the quality I felt they wouldn’t last that long, even with the right fit. I now have to go to the post office & pay the return postage & wait 30 days for a refund.

I'm sad to see that the Bloch dance trainer model now has a plastic sole rather than rubber. It is not safe to dance on a plastic bottom, so I'll be sending the shoes back.

Terrible communication. Only delivered half the order with no reason for a delay. Then when emailed said they were out of stock. 7 weeks later after numerous emails I asked for a refund. No communication unless I emailed. No apology. Refund sent straight away on request which is the only positive.

DANCEWEAR Stop using Parcelforce!!!. I ordered on 9/10/25 paid for next day delivery and will not receive my order until 17/10/25. The incompetence of parcelforce delivery drivers has struck me last time I ordered from yourselves and now again with this order ! I actually had to drive 10 miles to collect my parcel last time around. On this current issue they attempted delivery three times and failed!!! Each and every time failing to understand a simple instruction of leave behind the bin, over the fence or with a neighbour. I am working I cannot be at home to accept an £8 pair of ballet shoes at 10.30am on a monday !!!! I’ve had to request they deliver to a local shop. f****** idiots. Change your couriers.

Unfortunately, Parcel Force's inability to leave the package in a safe place is due to selecting the UK Next Working Day guaranteed service which requires a signature from the recipient. The standard tracked service from Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day, however no signature is required and therefore the parcel can be left at the customer's request. Leggings arrived, thought they would be great. Tried them on and they were SO see through. Appalling as they are from a brand known for dance active wear! Very disappointing

They have the wrong shoe sizes listed on their website, which caused me to return the shoes three times. It’s been three weeks, and I still haven’t received a refund even for the first pair I sent back.

The size section should be more clear to notify kids and adult section. I have ordered the wrong one and now need to return at my own cost on top of the delivery fees of 3.95£ . So basically i am paying and have at the end no ballet shoes

Sadly. I ordered 3 pairs of dance tights with tracked 24 hour postage. The item didn’t arrive until over a week later and only after I phoned and asked where it was and they said were dispatching it now a week later!
