“Leotard is lovely but mesh to flimsy, ordered 2 sizes as I was unsure. Small fitted perfect was going to keep when I noticed 2 pulls in the front of the mesh. Returned as faulty for refund”

If you’ve already returned it, refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected. If you haven’t yet, please use the Returns & Exchanges form included with your parcel (or get in touch and we’ll help start the process). If possible, please include photos of the fault to speed up the inspection.
If you’d like an alternative, we can arrange an exchange for a different size or a different style, subject to availability.

“Very quick arrival, was very pleased to have my practice shoes in time for my first class. The material is nice and soft and heel not too high. Unfortunately although I sized up to a size 6 (usually a size 5/ 5.5) the shoe is still a bit tight. I had no time to return so I hope it stretches over time.”

“Website does bot explain sizing clearly enough so I ordered Bloch size and have been sent UK size (I needed a Bloch 9M/UK6 and have been sent Bloch 12M/UK9).
Shoes also have scrape on side.”

“I ordered a 2 piece set and a leotard. The bottoms of the set arrived but nothing else for over a week. I sent an email and the leotard was now out of stock and then then set the top!

“I find Dancewear Central reasonably priced but paying for returns has made me choose going elsewhere usually. I went with DC on this occasion as they were slightly cheaper than my other options, however, I’m now paying the equivalent price as I have to pay to exchange so I might as well gone elsewhere.”

“most of the items arrived next day which was great however i ordered children's ballet socks and didn't receive any correspondence to let me know they were actually out of stock and i wouldn't be receiving the item until 2 weeks later until i chased it up via phone call

“Sizing is very difficult, normally a nine uk.
Took a chance and went for10 and a half as that was the only stock and I wouldn’t want it any smaller.
Would be nice to get a wide fitting sneaker as if these hadn’t been soft I wouldn’t be able to wear them.”

“Bought fuego shoes, the size chart is completely messed up. I chose uk size 8 and received US size 8, utterly disappointed and was very uncomfortable on the first dance and since I wore them I just have to bin them.”

“Items seem fine but the ballet shoes should be listed in UK sizes (or equivalents). UK size is clearly labelled on the package but not on the website which makes it very hard to be sure if you're ordering the right size.”
