Good quality product Size does not match UK shoe sizes and there’s nothing to explain this on the website I had to re ordered 3 times hence I paid 3x postage to receive and to send Refund was done without a fuzz but I lost money along the way It wold be helpful to have measures in cm as a guidance

I ordered RV Ritz Men's Derby size 9 ballroom dance shoes to replace an older pair of the same shoes. Too small. Re-ordered size 9.5. Still too small. Did not order size 10 as fed up by that time. I compared the size 9.5 with my old size 9. Exactly same length. But strangely, still too small. I did include an explanatory note in the shoe box when I returned the last pair. I am giving 3 stars because posting was prompt, packaging was very good and shoes looked good, although the leather was very stiff. No problems with the returns.

The tap shoes were too small so sent them back the next day 6/3 via Royal Mail I’m Awaiting my refund, thank you for sending them out so promptly

I searched for Scottish Country Dance shoes have a full length sole, the picture which accompanies the order has long soles, what I received were Ballet -short- shoes. Disappointed.

Orded so danca ballet shoes and had to pay postage to return due to size chart being wrong. I even measured the children's feet before ordering and they are far too small. Hopefully I get the new pairs in time as the website states no oney refunds

The Fuego shoes I ordered were too small despite me taking the web page advice to order one size bigger. I had to pay to return them which I feel is a little unfair. So take care when ordering to check you have the correct size as tracked returns are expensive for high value items.

Ordered this bag in the beginning of December for a Christmas present...I didn't receive the item just before Christmas eve!!...when I bought the bag it showed 2 left in stock...but yet they never dispatched for week+ time-wose... lucky I got the item ready for Christmas and my daughter was happy with it...

Ordered item and had to follow up several times for an update on dispatch over 2 weeks before I received a response which just apologised but no reason for delay given. Fortunately item arrived in time for when needed. Will use again but with expectation that it won’t be a prompt dispatch/delivery.
