“I ordered the wrong size shoe and the customer service was second to none. The new size required was not available after some discussion on the telephone a different shoe was settled on with an immediate refund as they were a bit cheaper. The new shoes arrived very quickly and are great.

“Extremely poor quality. No difference from the shoes I bought for half of the price.
Poor plastic, no soft at all, no real to size (I am size 6, and size 6.5 is tight.
Refund policy is unfair.”
