“I ordered a leotard for my 5 year old. She’s in a size 5-6 clothing. The leotard that arrived was way too small. It would have fit a 2-3yr old.
I’m not sure if they sent the wrong size?
I sent it back recorded delivery, but I haven’t heard anything back regarding a refund yet.

“Bought 4 in different sizes 2 small, 1 11+13 and 1 9-10.
The fastening on the neck like a bra strap hook and eye ,never seen that before they don't stay closed on the dance floor.
All sizes are very small, size up at least one size.
And didn't send the smallest item back due to having to pay for return postage”

To request an exchange or refund, please complete the Returns & Exchanges form included with your parcel and include it with your return. Items should be securely packaged and sent using the cheapest available method. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using Royal Mail, as our Returns Department operates via a PO Box, which some couriers cannot deliver to.
Once received, returns and exchanges are usually processed within 5-7 business days, though during exceptionally busy periods this may take up to 28 days.
