“Extremely disappointed as order took over 6 weeks to arrive. No explanation, no apology, no communication at all. I gave up waiting and bought from elsewhere with a delivery less than a week later.”

I ordered tap shoes and at time of ordering there was no indication that these were not in stock. I also did not receive an email to say that they were not in stock (as per the guidelines on the website)
After waiting for 3 weeks I contacted the company, to be told that they were now back in stock, and did I want them to dispatch them to fulfill my order? Surely this should have been competed automatically as my order had been placed some week earlier.
Overall, poor customer service (not from the lady I spoke to on the phone who was lovely). And very poor communication”
“While the prodoucts I recieved were fine, the rest of my experience was awful. I paid 7 pounds next day delivery for my first order, which had to be cancelled. I placed this order again, as part of four items, again paying next delivery. I receievd three items about a week later, which was a waste and scam of my money. I recieved the other item (bag) 2.5 weeks after the original order, and had to get a refund for my first order. Similarly, I had to reorder the other items as I needed them ASAP and the shipping dates are awful. I will not order again, as I have waster 21 pounds on shipping through this company, which is a scam.”

All orders placed before 3pm should be despatched on the same day. We have had some recent technical issues which mean that they are not despatched until the following day, and we do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We do recommend that if you have not received an order as expected, to call us so that we can look into this, and not to order a replacement as it will then cost you the extra postage.
With you stating that the bag arrived a couple of weeks after your order, it could mean that your bag was out of stock at the time of order. However without your information it is hard for us to confirm this.
Our deliveries are provided by Royal Mail (which is our standard delivery service and is sent Tracked 24), or Parcelforce (which are the Next Working Day and Saturday deliveries), so we can assure you that these are reputable companies.
Once again, we apologise that you have not received our standard level of customer service, and look forward to receiving your order information so that we can assist you further.

“The bag was lovely but the service is very poor. I paid extra for guaranteed next day tracked delivery with Parcelforce (admittedly I’d selected the option in error) but my parcel wasn’t delivered next day and customer services haven’t acknowledged my email about this.”
