“Customer service is on point! Spoke with Oli who was a life saver when I needed to get my dress in time for a hen do! Dove bamboo dress is a beauty, got many, many compliments and asked where I got it from - would order a size smaller but will def be ordering again in different colours. Thanks a mil!”

“Customer service is fantastic! Ordered a dress in the sale, wore it to lunch date, noticed slight flaw in fabric. Within 1.5 hours of emailing them with pictures I was given the choice of a refund or a replacement. I chose the latter and a new dress was posted for next day delivery on the understanding I sent back the faulty one within 7 days. I was also give a £10 voucher. Unfortunately the second dress also had a flaw so I posted them both together free of charge and the second replacement I was sent arrived next day having been personally inspected by the Returns Manager and was perfect. Thanks guys - you are a shining example of how customer service should be done!”

“Dress sent without a belt however Live Chat/customer service responded promptly and sent the belt the next day. First little issue after many orders and was dealt with perfectly! Cannot wait to place the next, of many, orders!”
