Covid test arrival 2 day into UK. Submitted on the day and guaranteed a 24 hour result. Now 4 days after the result and nothing. Customer contact phone number disconnected and no responses to online support. Cancelled my 72 hour fit to fly test for returning to Canada 2 days ago. No acknowledgment. Raised a dispute with both charges at Mastercard and will get the money back from them. Summary: don't waste your time, money and emotional energy on this awful company

Ordered day 2 tests for myself and my partner. They arrived before we went on holiday. We went to do the test yesterday and could not register them. Also one of the kits had a swab missing. I have sent 6 emails with no reply. Still haven't been tested and unsure what to do next as we are on day 3 and don't want to spend anymore as the £96 we paid has been a total scam. Avoid this company at all costs. Wish I'd read the reviews before I purchased

Paid for and completed our tests in July still no results in September no way of contacting them no offer of refund the company is a scam. Tried to complain using the nhs system and again nothing. No one should use them ever

WOULD RATE ZERO IF ZERO WAS AN OPTION. 4 x tests ordered, 1 kit missing a sample tube. Notified Dante immediately. Repeatedly tried to contact Dante Labs via email and contact form – ALL messages/emails ignored. Submitted the remaining 3 tests. 1 test result returned the remaining 2 not processed in the promised time scale. Poor service in supplying the tests, terrible service processing the tests, customer service non-existent. £192 paid for 4 tests. Only 1 processed. Avoid this company if you want to receive what you have paid for.

Avoid!!! I paid for day 2 test kit, never received it. Once I queried about the test kit and refund my email address has been blocked. This company is a fraud

Payed my money. I am still waiting for my tests to arrive. I have emailed the company several times and I haven’t even got a reply. This company appears on a uk government site . Pay the extra and get a good service

This company is fraud. It's been more than a week I have booked my covid test of day 2&8. Since I am coming from amber list country(India). Till date I didn't get any confirmation. Trying to call them but no. Not recheable. Mailed them 1000 times but no response. I have paid 84 GBP. It got deducted from my account. I have asked my refund. But I dought will that will going to be refund or not. .

First you don t have a phone number,second you are delaying with the result. People pay the test to be prompt on the result and buy the test to release to get out from quarantine early ,you don t even bother to answers the email on time and you don t give the result on time. One member of family you hold it in the house as you don t give one time the result on day 5 . Why the goverment gave you acrediation if you are not serious? Only to take money from people and hold them in house with a negative result? You are not professional!

My family and I are yet to receive our day 8 at home covid results. This was done on the 31st of August.No mail to acknowledge sample collection and no results either. All mails to them has not been attended to. This is highly unprofessional and requires an immediate attention by the UK government. It appears so many people are experiencing same thing.Hence,consumers protection and rights agency should swing into action and deal with this lapses ASAP.

I’ve had to request to be compensated for having to rebook a PCR test elsewhere, along with a new outgoing flight, airport transfer, airport parking and additional petrol cost for my return journey home from airport as I was refused entry to board my flight as test result NOT received as promised that has caused my close friend to travel alone on a holiday we booked over 2 years ago!

AVOID! Have ordered two PCR test kits which have arrived timely. Posted them in a timely manner, Royal Mail confirmed delivery to the lab 25 hrs in advance of ferry departure. Received one test result 30 mins before boarding but not the other. Missed the ferry, had to re-book and pay for another round of lateral flow tests - £100. Lost 1 day of holiday. Complained on the 5th of August and had no response since!! Poor service, zero customer comms or support.

Absolutely TERRIBLE, DISGUSTING SERVICE! They take money for NOTHING! No contact number, I sent the email to their support as my kit didn't arrive on time - no reply, NOTHING, ZERO, NADA!!! The track number thet emailed me didn't work either! All in all, the worst service I've ever used!!

Total scam. No results in three days for a fit to fly test, my vacation is ruined, no one answers the phone or email and there's no way to get. money back

Terrifically bad. Utterly unresponsive to emails. I've asked to return the kits for a refund. I've offered to pay for alternative kits. Nothing. No response to my emails over the course of the last week and a half. Oh and the tests I did do with them took 3 days to come back! Buyer beware.

I purchased a PCR test to travel abroad. This was posted Wednesday 11th August at 8.30am in a priority postbox. This was just within the required 72hrs as our outward plane journey departed at 7.45am on Saturday 14th August. The test was collected that day and should have arrived at the lab within 24hrs as per Dante's guidance. Also from Dante's information the test would then be processed within 24hrs. This would have meant a result Friday 13th August, in adequate time for our outward flight. As it happens there was no result until we were in the air on Saturday 14th August, by which time it was too late. I tried to get in contact on the Friday but the reply was an automated "we are busy" email. I used this service as it was supposed to be efficient and timings work out nicely. As it happens I had to arrange a last minute test on Friday 13th, causing a lot of time, unnecessary stress and expense. This service fell short of what Dante committed and in the end was totally unnecessary as we had to go elsewhere to get the required result. Not worth the uncertainty and stress. Not fit for purpose.
