“The most rude drivers do not want to ring doorbell or phone number on weighbill parcel should be delivered on Monday only arrives on Thursday I could rate dawn wings zero I would will also recommend that people use other couriers”

“DPD Laser aka Dawn Wing is THE most terrible company in South Africa. Send messages they will be delivering and again, no delivery. I will never use Game online again because they make use of this courier company. Does companies not read reviews first before choosing a company to do business with?”

“I wish I could rate this a 0. Their communication is non existent!!! They make you wait for a delivery from 7am to 6:30 only to then be told the next day after having to call them and hold for 20minutes that the driver had a breakdown at 1 and that's why he could not deliver the package. Mind you, they took custody of my package on the 2nd of October and said delivery will be done by 4 October! 5 October I still do not have my package”

“When you have a problem with collections or orders gone wrong no one is available to solve the problem. When you email them to their support email addresses no one respond to the email days later. When you phone them you are number 75 in the row. Really bad service when it comes to problems with orders.”

“Rubbish of a company, I am surprised they still have business. It just talks to the disconnect between the businesses that use this rubbish courier and their quest to customer excellence. As a business how do you claim to be customer centric if this is the kind of pathetic delivery service you associate with. Absolute nonsense.”

“Allegedly attempted delivery 2 days in a row. No courier was here to even try. Call centre is noisy and not helpfull at all. Still no package. This is Dawn Wing Moorreesburg. Waiting very impatiently.”

“Staff is the most unpleasant people to Deal with. They wouldn't assist with my urgent query or assist in any way to retrieve parcel incorrectly collected. Worst ever experience”

“Why are Woolworths using this courier company???? I have waited at home for this delivery, I have requested updates, I have spoken to supervisors and still nobody can tell me when I will receive my delivery. All I get is that its out for delivery and guess what it never arrives. Shocking unprofessional service I am absolutely disgusted!”

“Absolutely disgusting service! I have never seen such a shambles of a delivery company and anyone who uses their services is only letting their own business down! Wait and wait for delivery and their vehicle breaks down and they can't be bothered to get another vehicle to deliver, but somehow it can be taken back to the branch. Then you can't speak to a supervisor, probably because they know how rubbish their own service is! Please don't use this waste of a service!”

“Appalling service. The supplier was given incorrect information that they could not deliver to me. I had called more than 3 times since receiving the delivery message to confirm a time when I would be home and was advised they would get operations to call me and nobody bothered. Service is pathetic.”

“Dawning is dishonest and untrustworthy. My parcel is with them for a week now. The first and second delivery attempt failed due to excessive deliveries. The third one a driver named Itumeleng lied and said I did not answer my phone while they never phoned me. What a useless company!”

“Dawn wing is the worst courier service ever. The drivers are quite nice but due to the inefficiency in offices they are still stick delivering after 6pm which can be inconvenient and danferous for drivers and recipients of pkgs. Switchboard and management don't give a hoot about people they deliver to. They make sure you understand that if ever you have a query...You can go to hell. They wont even give you a rough time frame for delivery. "We don't know where the driver will go"...please wake up. Have some client stds and interest. He wont be driving randomly feul is expensive. Here a hit tip...ask him. If they cant help me with info to plan my day then they will just have to come many times and not find me cos I'd like to be present to get my pkg...but you wont help that by giving me a 4hrs time free...so enjoy rescheduling into infinity. We cannot be held hostage by delivery solutions that are deesigned to be a problem and don't respect our time or our need to work. You don't care about my time...well I got news. I dont care about wasting yours either. If you can't be consumer friendly you will lose clients and liquidate. Good luck with that...sadly you deserve it One star says s lot...a customer centre company would try harder. I pity the poor drivers working for a pittance”

“Service is terrible!!! On the tracking app it states that the parcel was collected on 25/01/23 and then again on 30/01/2023 but they don't have the order?? Today it is 11/02/23!! Where did my parcel get lost? It is a dishwasher!! Not a small thing!! The words. "we will get back to you or we will let you know" and if you tell them NO I will stay on the line then the call dies after a while... Then you have to wait in the queue again... No this is unacceptable!!!”

“This company is useless . Please people be aware that your parcel will not be delivered on time . You have to call them several times . They do not call to notify you about any problem they may have to on delivery.Its either lost or the lie that the address is incomplete. I am waiting in anticipation for them to deliver my parcel which is urgent . Instead of 2 to 3 days it may take a week .”

“Not ever worth one star...but I have to rate to let all know what BAD COMPANY YOU ARE. VERY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS WORTH R60 000+ is gone...missing... since December 2022... think we will take legal action regarding this...YOUR ARE PATHETIC”

“Dawn Wing is unreliable. I get SMSs saying it will be delivered by 11:00, but it does not come. Calling them is no use. I called and was number 33 i the queue and had to wait 19 minutes. I sat it out. After the 19 minutes I was caller 2, and then the loop started again at 33 with 19 minutes to wait. This is how they treat their customers. Holding them in line, wasting time and money and doing NOTHING. I will not use them at all.”
