Dawn wing is the most incompetent courier company, have been expecting my parcel to be delivered from the 25th of April till to date (May 7th).

They are really terrible Didn't get a call for my delivery only sms that it has been delivered. Who signed for it? Agents won't assist or retrieve parcel. It has been 3 weeks. Everytime I call I hear they will escalate the issue.

So disappointing, 3x they have disappointed me. No communication, late delivery, and lies. This is my last parcel am waiting for, so I called in yesterday Thursday and the lady confirmed they will deliver tomorrow. It's Friday I see no sms from them and at 11h00 I call in again now it has changed they will deliver next week, also they should have called on updated their system that they are delays. Cotton on had gave them my parcel in less than a day from when I ordered. But it's been with them for now 2 weeks. From now on I will collect my parcels from the shop cause dawn wings is a terrible courier.

Absolutely terrible communication (if any) and doesn't stick to times. It's so bad that I'd actually avoid buying from a store that uses them as courier. You can't contact the driver abd the links they send to let you change your info are useless, as they don't even seem to look at the changes.

Worst courier service. It has been 7 days since expected delivery date and numerous times contacting from both myself as well as the store I purchased my goods from and they continue to lie and say they will deliver the parcel but fail to deliver and give excuses that delivery address is incomplete despite giving them correct address more than 4 times and after contacting them they claim they will make delivery and fail to do so and also fail to communicate. It is safe to say they are thieves and liars as they have probably damaged/misplaced or stolen my parcel.

Worst service ever! Waited for my parcel all day yesterday only to find out that it has been returned because “contact not available”. Today, same thing happened. I just learned now from the tracking website that my parcel has been returned once again for the same reasons… both these times I was available and received no call to be notified that they’re outside!

My parcel was delivered to the security guard without any notice provided to me. Delivery agents refuses to come into the estate and deliver. This has now occurred on numerous occasions. Terrible service

I bought a pair of shoes from Tread and Miller exactly one week ago. I was told they would be delivered within 3 working days. I received a message early Tuesday to say the package had been dispatched. Thursday afternoon couriers arrived but could not find my parcel. I told them I needed the package by 9.30 this morning (Friday....7 days from when the shoes were purchased). I spoke to a customer consultant explaining the situation (I am heading to a wedding where the shoes are required) and asked if this could be sorted out as a matter of urgency. I could hear she didn't care what I had to say....I called again this morning and got the same response (from a different consultant...nothing they can do!!!!....not their problem. I will NEVER recommend nor use Dawn Wing in the future. How they run their business is unacceptable...their staff need training up on going the extra mile and knowing how to do their job!!!!!! With regards to the questions below ... I cannot answer most as I've had no feedback, nor have I received the package.....

I received a message advising that my parcel would be delivered today at 15.00 i received a message saying that i was the next stop. At 18.00 i called to query as i was still waiting i was told that it would be delivered by 19.00 without doubt. No parcel arrived. At 22.00 i received a message saying that i wasnt at home to receive the parcel- absolute rubbish as i had been at home all day waiting. Today the driver arrived with such an attitude i asked him what time he was here yesterday and he said he wasnt but the app he uses doesnt give him the option to say that he ran out of time so he said that i wasnt at home. I didnt want to sign as i know that there is a electronic means to acknowledge receipt- he promptly phoned the sender and said that i wont sign. What a bad experience why would I sign manually if i can sign electronically. I would not recommend anyone to use this courier service.

I still can't understand how Dawn Wing is still in business. This Co. is the worst of the worst. I have had 3 separate terrible experiences with their service. They tell lies after another. I am convinced this is government run or they are dirt cheap for their services . That's the only explanation I can think of for their continued business. From now on if I see a company that uses this courier I will simply not shop from them or cancel my order immediately. If you have an enemy, just buy them a gift and make sure Dawn wing is the courier.

It took more than 20 days for dawn wing couriers to deliver local package. And poor service when you speak to them via the phone. And failing to update their status for tracking.

What went right? Useless service, not only on delivery but at your call centre. Rude and inexperienced. There is no such thing as management or supervisors. Might as well close your doors. Appauling service.

still waiting on them to collect my parcel that has been ready since 1 February, 2 weeks now and in all honesty they do not seem to care, they have done nothing but lie to me every time I call to enquire what is going on.

No communication to arrange delivery after I was promised that someone would be in contact. I had to leave work when I got called by the driver via a whatsapp call to hear his outside my gate. No offer to even request delivery at my work place. Not Happy!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Most horrible courier company. Rude consultants. Disgusting experience I had. My package was given to a retreched driver. Driver did not even bother to deliver parcels. Worst courier company ever.

I have been calling daily for my package, G0081185352, WHICH should have been delivered 1 week ago, whenever I call, I receive the same lies, "your package will be delivered today", which never happens. I am sick and tired of being lied to. I need a solution to my problem. Where is my package and why can it not be delivered.? CALL ME URGENTLY!!!

Drivers don’t care about package, worst service ever . They call on the day you’re delivery is due. No prior notification just a morning instruction!

Apparently my parcel shows as delivered but I never received it. I was called at the gate to open for delivery at 09:51 it’s now 14:44, to receive an sms confirming receipt. I called customer line, they confirm that my parcel was delivered but obviously not to me.

Terrible service. Do not stick to delivery date and time. They do not even bother to let you know about the delay and inconvenience caused. You as a customer have to run after them and enquire. Mediocre!
