“I received a code for the game I bought and it did not work, all it said was the code was entered incorrectly even though I copied it straight from the email that was sent. I am expecting a full refund as I did not receive what I purchased.”

“Bought GTA 5, code don't work. Shoulda seen it coming when the game only costs 9 dollars here... I want a refund. DID NOT GET A REFUND! Do NOT buy ANYTHING from this site, unprofessional scammers. “Got scammed. Wrote a ticket, provided them with all info and screenshots and everything. Asking for an update on the ticket a day later and they tell me to provide them with the screenshots that I already provided them.”
