“Brought Sea of Thieves Key, turns out it was for Microsoft Store and not Steam. The only indication was a Windows Symbol on the Store Page. Took Support around 16 hours to figure out what went wrong, they even asked me for my Steam Library when I complained about the Key not working. Probably not buying here again. Key did end up working at the Microsoft Store, so 2/5”

“key does not work. After verifying that my operating system is windows 10 PRO -64, I bought the windows 10 PRO key and entered the key of the product that I bought several times and correctly and it does not work, I would appreciate if the technical support could help me. I have a photo of the error send by email.”

“Poor delivery and poor cutomer service. It took several hours for them to clear my order so I could take delivery. Secondly when I was told my order had cleared there were no instructions on how I was supposed to get my codes. I will not be purchasing anything else from this company.”

“2days later, still no Office 2019 key, no reply, support message system does not work. Why Allkeyshop even recommended this company, I'll never know or ever buy from them again! Edit: finally got a reply after 4 days, and with my keys, so moving from 1 to 2 stars. Still unhappy that it took this long to respond when all other key sites I've used have issues keys straight after payment.”

“I payed for a product 3 days ago, but haven't received the serial yet. Opened a ticket 2 days ago, but havent received reply yet. The payment was taken at the moment of the purchase, but 3 days aferwards, i still haven't the product, and 0 support from daxter.io Updated: Changed my review from 1 start to 2 stars because after 4 days, I received the serial (with no support replying my ticket with at least a "we are working on it" from the Daxter at all). I have the serial and its working, but took 4 days where i had to waste time writing and checking. Also, it was not possible to use paypal”
