I ordered a skin on Dec 18 to protect my iPhone 12 Pro from scratches a week before I ordered the phone. The skin ended up arriving on Jan 4 and my phone was already scratched so it defeated the purpose. Dbrand took over 2 weeks just to ship the skin. Pathetic.

I order a phone skin December 11th, on the 16th my package arrived empty and created an issue. This issue was answered on the 22nd saying they will send it right away. Since then, the shipment tracking mail arrived on January 4th saying the case will arrive on the 14th, one month after I ordered it, even though they promise a 10-day shipping. I understand that packages can be late and mistakes can be made, but the issue that it took them 6 days just to answer my first issue and then 14 more days just to process it and send the replacement.

They are very pricey. I ordered skin for iphone 12 pro max . They sent me 12 mini. Contacted custcare. No response. Dont buy.

They used to do ok and I understand everyone is struggling with orders because of the holidays and covid but they claim 2-5 business days to ship well it took 9 for them to ship and then the tracking number they provided me didn't move for over a week; it still says pre-shipment meaning they haven't actually shipped it they just created the label meaning it's closer to 16 days total and still nothing has moved. I am beginning to doubt it will actually arrive. To top that off they basically shut down orders for 2 weeks at the start of the month for some special edition limited product so you would assume they did that to get through their order back-log but nope. They never respond to emails, there is no way to contact them otherwise. They have a reputation for being kind of jerks in their marketing so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

Terrible company, says that they ship in 2-4 days and they don't ship out for weeks, it at all. Still haven't heard from them or received my package. Tracking number they provided is useless. Don't use this company!!

Phone case is good, "skin" is a glorified sticker. It took 18 days to get the case, and I only got notification after I emailed when the (hidden) 5-7 business days were up - the "robots" must get nights and weekends off. Case arrived with the wrong skin and today, 2 days shy of A MONTH, they sent me the right one. I couldn't find anywhere in their site to leave my review - THAT'S why they're so highly rated.

Don't ever buy from them. I ordered my items 6 weeks ago and still don't have them. I have tried to contact the company multiple times and still no reply. Basically, who knows if I will ever get my items but all I know is I am out my money. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

I would love to give this brand a higher rating, however, as my order is still on the other side of the world (despite paying for express and the expected date being days ago) I cannot rate it higher.

Never received my order. No one will return my emails. The phone I found listed on PayPal doesn't work. I file a complaint with PayPal.

Ordered a case for my phone. Said it was in preorder and would ship mid September. It is now October and only just shipped. Customer service unhelpful and I'm pretty sure if I didn't contact them in the first place my case would never had shipped. They have a great marketing and social media department. Maybe the product is great, but the service is atrocious.

Their whole website shows nothing about currency......they sent you a bill for $50 and they charge your card $50 US meanwhile their office location shows in Toronto......why would they charge US? Then they sent me the wrong skin which doesn't fit on my laptop.......sent them 6 messages the last 5 days and NO reply back so far. The phone line i was given from my Mastercard is constantly busy. BE AWARE

Would give 0 stars if possible. 1. Shipping company left it in a post office without trying to deliver to my home. 2. Wrong order. 3. dbrand didn't respond to my email within 4-7 days or in any other contact platform possible. Scammers

Sent the wrong skins and when I did get the right ones the adhesive peeled off from the color layer. Waste of time and money. Plus their customer service is terrible. Do not buy from them

False Advertising They advertise 12-72 hour shipping all over their website, but what they don't say until you have paid is they have to process your order, which for me took 9 days. It was nightmare to install, it's not a skin its a cool sticker at best. Wouldn't recommend.

Order still pending, doesn't give you the option to message them or to cancel order. I've placed an order on the 7th of August and it is the 15th and my order is still pending. That's more than a week or 5 business days. Also you cannot send them a message. The link to for the send button is dead. That's very shoddy of them and unprofessional. Also it would be nice to have an order cancellation option especially since it's taking way to long for my order to be shipped. I understand covid-19 is a problem right now, but I'm paying premium prices for sub-premium service. Not worth it if you ask me. The least they could do is send me and update on my status.
