It is a fraud. I have paid almost $70 for a laptop cover but they did not send it and no answer when I email them number of times.

I ordered an item. Soon after ASKED if I can add more items to the same order. They gave me Paypal link and I ONCE AGAIN ASKED if I can pay using VISA. They cancelled my order and asked to re-order My bank charges for refund as this Canadian company charges in USD. I NEVER TOLD THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER Now I get partial refund and they are asking me to contact bank Who the hell asked them to cancel when I was inquring

dbrand used to be great until few months back when their customer service went into the drain and so did their product quality. I have ordered multiple items and half were sent and half were wrong and bad quality. When I reported it. The customer service was extremely poor. It was as If they were doing a favour to me by replying after providing repeated evidence. Multiple emails for 10 dollars refund because they did not agree about bad quality obviously. I still have not got the refund. Never buying again from them and using xtremeskins in UK rather.

Verbally abused brain cancer patient I have been a loyal dbrand customer since 2017 - I placed a last minute order for my husband’s family back in Belgium on Sunday before I leave on Thursday - my transaction (paid with PayPal with a credit card in my name) was flagged as suspicious - I messaged support immediately and never heard back - I thought it might be worthwhile to message some employees on LinkedIn to see if they could help. One guy was super nice last night and said he would pass it along to support - I said ‘Thank You!’ and then received the following message this morning. I know my judgement might not be the best with my brain tumor but it made me sad… “ Robot 042 (dbrand) Nov 24, 2021, 9:13 EST Why the fu ck are you messaging people on LinkedIn? That's not where you go for support. We're cancelling your order. A full refund has been issued. Next time, don't go bothering people who have nothing to do with customer support. Signed, A Robot”

The skin I ordered did not fit the back of my laptop. There was only one product selection (Razer 15 blade base 2020) , which describes mine accurately but incompletely. They requested pics, which I sent, and they agreed. The selection did not fit because, according to them, it was a "niche" product by Razer (no ethernet) and there was nothing they could do other than store credit because I had tried to apply it. They offered no refund. How could I tell it did not fit and also send requested pics if I did not apply it? Lol. I have no use for any of their other products so I did not want store credit but they refused a second time. All this hassle for a glorified sticker.

Phone case for a Google Pixel. Product does not last. The plastic frame is separate from the rubber around the sides. Constantly come off, glued in multiple areas. The backing is plain and you need to purchase a sticker to decorate. I expected a complete unit that would last the life of the phone. It had to be glued within 6 months. One good thing is it is very durable against short distance drops.

Insanely slow to process orders. It intially said my order would ship in 6-7 business days and it's getting closer to two weeks now. And the response time is just pathetic

Ordered Pixel 4a instead of Pixel 4a 5G not realizing they are different sizes. Asked dbrand to do an exchange. They said sure but I needed to send them a picture of all 6 sides of the case to show its in perfect shape, as well as send pictures of the package that I'm shipping it to them with tracking number. So after promptly sending them all EIGHT pictures they wanted and shipping the package, I notify them. They respond letting me know they've accidentally processed a refund for me instead and that I'll have to reorder the case that I want. There was no consideration for my time or the $20 it cost me to ship this package back to them. 0/10 experience. They also seemed completely unphased and offered no assistance when I complained about how this situation was handled. DON'T BUY DBRAND PRODUCTS.

Charged 5 times when website said it couldnt process order due to incorrect card info. No phone number should be a HUGE RED FLAG!

Unlike most reviews I see here, there was no problem with getting the package quickly. Took about 4 days to get to Canada. What has made me regret ever buying Dbrand is that the skin I ordered for my airpods pro is next to impossible to apply without messing it up. Not worth your money and pretty well just frustrates anyone trying to apply them. Hope I'm able to refund but I'm not keeping my hopes up from what I read from others on here.

Still waiting on a package that I ordered 1 month ago. Super slow shipping. Packages from shitty websites like wish come much faster and that is with free shipping while here I payed for dhl. Before when I ordered from dbrand they would come quite fast but now its super slow. I know its partially dhl fault but first it took ages for Dbrand to ship it and then they use the cheapest dhl option and that does not go with the brand image and pricing.

Ordered phone case in December 2019, took 2 months to arrive in AUS. By December 2020 the case had stretched around the volume buttons and kept detaching from the backing. All my cheap cases have never done this. Disappointing for something so expensive.

Ordered the Dbrand MKBHD icon pack skins for my new M1 Macbook Pro. Ordered it on December 4th 2020, and received it 01/09/2021. Waited so long time but guess what...The skin size is smaller than the actual M1 macbook size. Also the skin is looks like they kinda print the graphics on a paper..and that's it. Really Really not worth $50. I feel like I just got scammed and can't belive MKBDH actually approved this. He's one of my favorite youtuber and I didn't expect it from him and Dbrand. Pathetic.

Horrible company, they lie, don’t offer refunds, and have basically zero customer service. There are tons of skin companies out there, find one that is a honorable company.

They should remove the request skin feature since they are verry rude in telling you no give us a large amount of money so we can consider your skin.
