“Brilliant company. Great customer service. I had a problem placing my order, so emailed DCUK, received a quick reply from Katie, but still had a problem, so I had to ring the customer services and spoke to Katie, who very kindly took my order over the telephone and completed my order. Then Katie rang me back as I had forgotten to give her the special message I was having trouble with in the first place ! It's great to find a company that provides good customer care. A rarity sadly now. Well done DCUK for keeping clients at the forefront!”

“My Coronation duck waddled safely into my small collection (and my heart ) today.He is of course beautifully made by your lovely team in Java,and the packaging is so lovely its almost a gift in itself !
