“After a few years of searching for a duck for my wife with the name Elizabeth I was advised by a retailer that I should contact DCUK direct and bingo I ordered a duck with her name , very impressed with the service by DCUK. My daughter Amanda is expecting a baby our first grandchild sex unknown and my wife and I intend to purchase a duck with the baby name and we think would be a nice welcome gift for the baby. Iain and Elizabeth.”

“I have five ducklings now each a different look and named after my grandchildren. Hopefully I will be able to add to them (if required!) in the same style and name tag. They are a lovely keepsake. Thank you DCUK x”

“I absolutely loved the daffodil ducks. However, I was a little disappointed that i had been waiting for nearly a year for this even sent email reminder Then i received an email with new characters went and found the daffodil i had been waiting for and placed my order just kept waiting for an email to say out of stock didn't t believe it until they arrived. You need to re look at your reminders more carefully as i felt totally let down”

“I received my first Ducky in Wellies for Christmas and I've been hooked ever since. The most recent 2 that I have added to my little duck family are from the Alpine collection. I will be adding quite a few more in the near future. The packaging is great, and the shipping time is absolutely amazing! Love Dcuk !!!”

“On Thursday 15 December l ordered two different Raincoat Ducks as Christmas presents. Because of the ongoing postal workers strike l opted to pay a premium to arrange express delivery by DPD. The next day, 16 December, l was advised that DPD didn’t have any slots to handle my delivery and so it would be handled by DHL. Initially DHL advised me that I could expect delivery on Monday 19 December. Then on Saturday 17 December I received a text from DHL advising that l could expect a delivery by the end of that day. It duly arrived on the afternoon of Saturday 17 and everything was exactly what had ordered and it was well packaged. A big thank you to DCUK.”
