“I was surprised and disappointed to learn that customs duties were charged on my order. I feel this should be made very clear on your site. Had I realized the amount of duties, on top of the exchange ( which I was aware of), I would probably not have placed the order. The final cost of each of the small ducks I ordered was almost $100 cdn, far too expensive for the size of the carving”

“If you are located out of England, In an EU country, for instance, do not forget that you will have to pay taxes for this product, the taxes may be as higher as the product. I forgot that. Apart from that, the product has a decent quality.”

“The duck is lovely. The packing is disappointing. When I received a duck as a gift it came in a beautiful presentation box. The cardboard box this duck arrived is damaged and unusable .”

“I bought three ducks for my boss and co workers. They were shipped pretty fast and they loved them! I wish when I was checking out and buying these ducks that they posted their exchange rate. I thought I was spending $114.77 but I was charged $142.31 on PayPal. I didn’t notice until I bought my 4th duck that the exchange rate was $13 higher. It’s totally fine but I didn’t know this and I’m quite sure I’m not the only one that this has happened to. My only complaint is that DCUK lists the TOTAL PRICE AMOUNT when we pay!!!!! So we know the TOTAL AMOUNT (EXCHANGE RATE) INCLUDED AT CHECK OUT!! This would be APPRECIATED!! Nicole”

“The ducks are really nice and cute. We have a lot of them. Unfortunately the last one we have bought is shaky. The feet aren't straight to the ground. It is too expensive to send it back. With the customs to pay for the UK it doesn't worth it.”

“I really love the products and would like more, and the delivery was quick. I think I paid mva both for UK and Norway, as DHL sent me a bill afterwards including the Norwegian mva. Nothing was deducted from the price when I ordered online. This resulted that the price came over the ordering limit and toll fee was higher than I calculated, so the item ended up with 2 times higher cost. Next time I wont be so quick to order, I'll do the match first🙈”

“I love the ducks but this is the first time I’ve asked for a name and I was so disappointed when it arrived. My granddaughter has a slightly unusual name - Roxie. We are never able to buy anything off the shelf so being able to have her name printed on her duck could have been lovely for her. Not worth the extra £4”

“I bought a red and white sports Dcuk for my grandson on his 18th. I hoped to do the same for his brother who was 18 in February. Thos Dcuks we’re and still are out of stock so I have been reduced to buying plain models and doing the hat and scarf myself so I am really disappointed with the service”

“Excellent quality. However, due to the changing worldwide environment it is not financially effective to purchase these products from the UK any longer between sterling, shipping and import duty. I purchased 2 hedgehogs and 1 small duck. The final price nearly made me cry. 113.62 euros. Only was aware of import duty charges when contacted by the delivery courier. Took 9 days to receive items from UK to Ireland.👎”
