“Great work, beautiful duck! I do have a suggestion for improvement: Unfortunately, I have paid 7€ for taxes to EU (which is OK) plus 15€ for taking care of the tax/customs to the forwarding company! So this is the same price than the duck itself. Maybe you can write this in your FAQ, so people are aware before ordering. I would buy at a dealer instead the next time.”

“I ordered the Wedding set and nurse ducks which arrived quickly and very well packaged. Adorable ducks, very happy with purchase. I asked for personalised tags and the gift box for the Wedding set which I did not get, but I was not charged so I guess I must have made a mistake on the order. Bit of a shame but it must have been my mistake. None-the-less, these ducks will make the perfect gift. Thank you.”

“What a great business - I ordered two graduation ducks for my son and his girlfriend but I spelt the name wrong for his girlfriends duck. I emailed to ask if I could buy a new name tag and how to go about it and obviously I would be happy to pay. I got an email the next day saying that they would send me a new one and it arrived the next day!! Wonderful service and the graduation ducks are great - they will both love them.”

“Saw the Rain Duck in Dublin, but the really tall one, saw the Cycle one in Copenhagen in the Dinky Duck size - loved it! Came back to Canada and ordered the Rain Duck and Nurse Duck. The Nurse Duck is for my son graduating from Nursing at the end of the month. I would have given a 5, but the Nurse Duck looks like a female, rather than unisex or a Male. I think he will still appreciate it though.”

“My Royal duck came well packaged but on closer inspection part of the ducks robe trim was unstuck.Hoping to use super glue to re glue it. Overall nice colours/detail.”

“I ordered a graduation duck for my son and received a set of three flying ducks instead which was disappointing. However the correct item was received a couple of days later and return of the wrong order was arranged. If I’d received the correct order I would’ve given 5* . My son was delighted with his gift.”

“Hi Really good quality and well made. Mt wife loved they one I bought her with purple boots!! Only negative comment is the box it arrived in has dcuk plastered over it so she new what it was straight away so it spoilt the surprise.”
