“The ducks were Christmas presents for my Daughter and Boyfriend, choosing the Dr for the boyfriend was easy and a lot of choice but unfortunately the same cannot be said for my Daughter who thought hers was very stereotypical which is sad !! She is heavily into sport but there was nothing for Tennis or Rugby which she is heavily involved in, Maybe someone could take a look at this for the future.”

“beautiful! this was for a Xmas present for a dear family member who had a collection to represent her family,unfortunately it arrived a day after she passed away,I decided not to send it back and now it’s sits with the rest of family dcuk’s Quite happy.”

“Ordered two of the disco ducklings one was sparkly and beautiful the other one was dull with no sparkle contacted customer services and was told they had changed the glitter to an eco-friendly one which is no way near as sparkly such a shame as they are beautiful gifts , customer services sent out a new duck from the old stock to replace the one that wasn't very sparkly, customer service was happy too help and change the duck for me, very happy”

“The duck is lovely just a bit disappointed with the personal message I wanted it written on the duck as I had one before like that. I think you should offer that service again. The message in the card is nice but the message on the duck would be better”

Hi Jacqueline, I am afraid our lovely Denise who did our 'writing on the back' has retired. So I am afraid it is not a service we are bringing back. I hope the ducks still put a smile on your face, as they are rather cute! :)

“I’m really happy with my order, the first time it came damaged so I contacted the company and they came back to me immediately and sent me a new one in under 48 hours. It is just like the picture. Xx”
