“Ordered a beautiful personalised duck as a gift for my mum's birthday, she absolutely loves it. Excellent quality and value for money! Had a slight issue with the first duck received, nothing major just slightly unsteady and we were afraid it would fall and get damaged, but customer service was first class, exceptional communication and replacement delivered in under 48 hours free of charge. Excellent, thank you. Hoping for one for my own birthday now, they're absolutely beautiful 😍”

“Captain Harry Swede, a relation to Dick Turnip the highwayman, arrived last week and he is wonderful. He met Alistair the Pirate and Max the Sailor previously gifted to me for my birthday earlier this year and they bonded well. They are so cute and I hope my collection will expand with these beautifully made puffins who are all so different. Thank you all.”
