“Was originally concerned they wouldn't be delivered on the day, but arrived late afternoon - recipient was extremely happy with the flowers.”

“Great selection of flowers for the occasion. Keenly priced and delivery was trackable on the internet. Much better system than other specialised flower shops. Will definitely use again.”

“Flowers were very fresh some still only in bud, so lasted well over a week, altogether the flowers lasted nearly two weeks, Would have no hesitation in using Debenhams florist again”

“I live in NZ, but sometimes want to send flowers to friends & relatives in the UK. Over the years I have used many different options inter flora florists ( rubbish) other online florists, but now always choose to use Debenhams when I'm sending flowers to people back home. The ordering system is a doodle the customer service is great & the flowers are consistently beautiful. I also recommended them to two expat friends recently too. Thank you for doing a great job!”

“Flowers were lovely, delivered efficiently and not too early in morning (so didn't wake up the person who was receiving them). Having a package with a balloon/chocs is fab meaning it's really easy (no messing around with different shops or searchinget Website forever). The only thing I would say is that Sunday delivery should be avaliable even if it's as a charged service”

“Quick and simple ordering process. Easy to fill in delivery details online along with personal message.. The flowers I ordered were not deilivered to my relative in person as unfortunately she didn't hear the delivery man ring the bell. He left the flowers in a slightly sheltered position but where it could be seen next to the front door. 2 photos were then sent to me in an email attachment explaining that they were left and showing exactly where and at what time. My Aunt said the flowers were super, mostly budded but all opened to lovely flowers as described. I paid extra for next day delivery and they were delivered by 2pm. Great service Debenhams- will Definitely use again!”
