“Very good service in that I was kept well informed of the flower's location and progress and my mum was delighted with them when they arrived on the prescribed date. Beautifully packaged in bright tissue paper too. Thank you!”

“Flowers arrived well packed, it was a generous and well proportioned bouquet. The flowers lasted very well and looked beautiful. I often order flowers for my mum and have been disappointed in the past by other well known florists. My mum was delighted with the flowers from Debenhams. I will order again!”

“Flowers sent to a family friend who is recently bereaved. Ordered the Sugar Almond flowers. Feedback was that they were a lovely, colourful & fresh display. Cheered her up immensley. I have never ordered from Debenhams flowers before but will 100% be ordering again. Thankyou Debenhams.”

“Debenhams was chosen at random as this was the first time we've ordered flowers on line. It was easy and all went smoothly. The flowers arrived on the day required (a lady's birthday) and shortly after the time of delivery we received confirmation and an email from the birthday lady with a picture of her flowers attached and a note of thanks. We would use "Debenhams Flowers" again, and have already told friends about the service.”

“I ordered the season peonies for her birthday. The flowers are gorgeous. Extremely fresh and beautiful. The flowers come in a special Debenhams box that looks positive and stylish. But there was not a card with my bouquet. It probably got lost or wasn't included in the first place. So I could only wish the staff who prepares the package to be more accurate. But as a whole thank you for wonderful emotions !!!”

“Flowers were nice but the delivery of them into a bbq which was then lit before the delivery note was was maybe not the best! Luckily the bbq lid was lifted before they went up in flames!”
