“I ordered the roses and a wine to give to my partner on Valentine's Day. The roses were nice and beautiful but the wine was missing... I got the refund for the missing item but it was disappointing as my partner didn't get the wine.”

“Bought the flowers as part of my sisters 50th B/Day present. She called me to thank me but said the flowers weren't fresh except for the lilies . I saw the flowers later that day, most of the carnations were brown at the tips and the roses were all open and losing their petals. I have used your flower service before and the flowers were all fresh so I'm very disappointed with this order”

“Very disappointed in these flowers. Having paid 50 pounds for a decent bunch on Valentine's day, they arrived in a tiny box all squat and dying!! I could of gone done to my local supermarket and bought a bunch for 20 pounds and they would have been 10 times better than these!”

“I ordered a single stem rose as a valentines gift for my mum. She was very impressed with how it was packaged & the fact that it came with its own glass vase. Shall certainly be using you again next year. Great value for money & fab service. Thank you!”

“I have been promised with the code to enter for 10% discount, which I did not received, but flowers were good, delivery timing was good, but would be good if the discount was given which was promised.”

“Unfortunately the card that I wrote was not included in the delivery which was disappointing, But the flowers were definitely 5 star and they arrived on time. I ordered the roses and tulips and found that it's important to removed the first layer of petals on the roses otherwise they can look a little old. Overall lovely flowers!”

“Completely confusing that a 'glitch' in the system means when you receive your confirmation email, your billing address is given as the shipping address, despite having already provided a 'recipient's address.' Resulted in a morning spent on hold as the flowers were due to be sent to a work colleague. When the phone was finally answered, I was told I would be called back due to a bad line (their end!). No phone call back. I called again and, after being left on hold for far too long again, I was finally told about the 'glitch' in their system. Why has this not been fixed? I cannot imagine the number of times your customer services agents must have to explain away the very same glitch to different customers every day.”

“Although the selection of flowers are nice and we'll thought out, the quality of the flowers, in particular the roses is poor. It is embarrassing to give someone a bouquet where the flowers are a bit shabby and blackened round the edges!”

“Very disappointed! I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day thinking that for £50+ they would be great. I expected that whilst paying more than my local shop that the extra I paid would be reflected in quality flowers. This is not the case received on Sunday and three roses blackening and dying by Tuesday. Shame that I can't copy and paste a photo on here. Lesson learned you don't always get what you pay for!”

“Ordered for Saturday delivery. Delivered on a Friday when at work meaning they spent night in depot and had started drying out. Wouldn't use again due to this.”
