“Purchased the flowers for my aunt's birthday, flowers lovely, just a slight problem with delivery my email stated flowers left in porch but my aunt has no porch so I had to phone my aunt to ask if she had received the flowers (which was meant to be a surprise). The flowers were left behind a bin and if I never phoned my aunt the flowers would not have been found for day!!!! No delivery note left?”

“Ordered for an anniversary. Arrived before 8:30 on the requested day. Very well packaged and the quality of the flowers, vase and chocolates was all excellent. 7 days on and the flowers still look freshly picked. This is the second order I have placed in the last month and have been extremely pleased with both. Would definitely oder from you again.”

“The card was not in the bouquet so they had no idea I'd sent it until I rang them but the flowers teddy and chocolates were lovely. It helped cheer them up when times were sad.”

“They were beautiful, had them delivered t my dauter's workplace so everyone knew she was being spoilt, they arrived in good time, in beautiful condition and on time. My daughter loved them. The bouquet was huge and they lasted too. We're reLly please with Debenhams Flower Service ????”

“The flowers were a gift for a special person's birthday, so it was imperative that there were of excellent quality, and arrived on the day specified. This Debenhams accomplished, and if my friend was happy, then so was I.”

“I was able to send them to a friend who had recently moved quite a long way from me. The timing could not have been more perfect as they arrived on the day her other flowers had died. She said she was extremely pleased with the bouquet of Sunflowers and Lilies which were perfect and added to the delight of just moving to a new home.”

“A beautiful bouquet of red roses on 50% extra special offer. They arrived on time and my wife was absolutely delighted. I'm in Afghanistan and she showed me them on Skype. So big thanks to Debenhams for helping to make her day.”

“I ordered flowers for an Aunty to arrive as a surprise - and surprise her they did. I've had several 'thank yous' and praise for the bouquet. People who've seen the flowers, have all made a note that they came from Debenhams. I am therefore delighted with Debenhams for making me happy as I hoped to do the same for someone special. Mission accomplished. Thank you. You can expect more orders in future!”

“I had a bumper weekend of three birthdays, one was a 70th. I ordered three bouquets from Debenhams in one easy order, all were delivered individually on the dates specified. The feedback was great. I did see one of the bouquets a week later and it was still looking lovely. Thank you for taking the stress out of the birthday rush and for making three lovely ladies very happy - four if you include me :-)”
