“The chocolate bouquet was a leaving gift and had to ordered on a last minute request. Debenhams were amazing they were able to to next day delivery and save the day by giving a close friend a special leaving present.”

“I live over 5,000 miles away and so sent flowers online for the birth of my grand-niece. I paid a little extra for the X-Large size bouquet; a vase (I didn't want her to be distracted from her new bundle of joy to have to look for one to put the flowers in), and next-day delivery, so that my niece would receive them the day she got home from hospital. My niece was delighted with the flowers and free chocolates that came as part of the package, the free teddy bear was even a decent size, not - the tiny, token thing I had half expected. I'm VERY pleased, as the bear will be a reminder of me as my grand-niece grows up.”

“To start with, the website is clear and easy-to-use. I was ordering some flowers and wine for my mother's birthday because I couldn't be with her so I had my fingers crossed tightly for their safe and timely arrival. After choosing my delivery date, I received emails and texts from the delivery company/ Debenhams telling me where the parcel was every step of the way. They arrived bang on time with a big "happy birthday" from the driver and my mother was delighted, saying the bouquet was full of blooms and smelled lovely (for at least a week after too). I shall be using this service again for sure!”

“I sent them to a friend and she was thrilled with them. This made me very happy because on a previous occasion I sent Debenhams roses to my niece for her birthday and they were very poor quality. You offered me a Debenhams store credit and I used that credit for my friends flowers. You have indeed redeemed yourselves. Thank you Debenhams I shall be using you again!!”
