“Brilliant service all round. Very quick and easy to order online and very quick service with delivery. I did not see the flowers but the recipient said they were beautiful.”

“Awful. The worst on line shopping experience. I sent flowers to a member of staff who had lost their mother. When they returned to work 2 weeks later I was told they had not received the flowers. When Debenhams were asked to investigate I was told I had missed the 7 day complaint window. I had not asked the bereaved about flowers as I took it for granted that if they had been ordered they would be delivered. After a number of emails the flowers have now been sent - 2 weeks late. I was offered a larger bunch of flowers. Clearly a joke as I had already ordered the bigger Lily's. It has been awful chasing a flower delivery with the bereaved and a considerable waste of my time.”

The offer for an upgrade on your flowers rather than just a larger bunch due to the experience you and also your colleague experienced. “My father phoned me the night before his Diamond Wedding Anniversary and said "I think I'd better get your Mother some flowers "!! Around 4pm I looked on Debenhams website and saw an amazing looking bouquet and ordered it there and then! It was delivered lunchtime the next day along side a card from the Queen! Wonderful exactly as advertised! Excellent service and thank you Debenhams for saving my Dad!,”

“Awfull would not recommend the flowers not worth the money appalled after speaking to customer service .They didn't do not thing .sent pictures to prove that .They looked like they were from a petrol station ....”

“The delivery was fast and the flowers were really lovely. However, I didn't think that the extra large bunch I had ordered could even be called large so I didn't think they were very good value for money.”

“The flowers were supposed to arrive on the Thursday, Froday at the very latest, well they didn't arrive until about lunch time on the Saturday, and Inhad an email Wednesday evening saying they were dispatched. When they arrived they were wilted, poor service !!!”

“I have used Debenhams flowers before without issue, however this time the flowers were going tracked - next day delivery to a very special lady (late 80's) and they arrived a day late missing the occasion. Not too sure if the fault was with Debenhams or Royal Mail - but as a customer I was very disappointed.”

“Ordered the flowers to be delivered on my sisters birthday - paid the extra money to ensure this did happen. However they arrived a day late - I did ring up the following day and the lady on the phone was lovely and has given my a complimentary bouquet of flowers to order at some other time.”
