“Very pleased with goods ordered & exceptionally fast delivery. Would have given five stars if the online ordering had not been problematic. Was unable to order at all on pc as I seemed to be stuck in a perpetual log in loop and could not continue, but the order eventually went through via iphone.”

“Bought two pairs of trainers for an incredible total price that would've been otherwise £120+ with free delivery, got my order in a week and I'm loving my footwear. “Ordered a little day sack via click and collect but had to get 2nd option as web page stated shop didn't have 1st in stock. Called shop and spoke to Luke, Team Valley, Gateshead. 1st choice was in stock and 2nd choice wasn't. Luke very helpful in seeking and confirming. Visited shop bought original choice and Luke again very helpful in arranging refund. I also ended buying other items. Well done Luke, thanks for help.”
