I was treated as an idiot regarding my demand on perching 1,000 units of your swimming robe ( " go inside the web site and then click on the amount ..."), sierisly? I asked for a business proposal and that was the answer I was given?

I ordered some items online and it took nearly two weeks to arrive which isn't very good considering other companies can deliver the next day. I wont be buying online again

I like the products I chose to keep. However, after many emails I have only had £5 worth of credit when my returns refund is over £30. I don't think customer services is very efficient. It isn't possible to have a conversation, just individual messages (annoying 'no reply' system) I won't be shopping with decathlon online again as I have wasted hours trying to recoup £30

Dear Ms Smedley, We apologise for the negative online experience, there was a misunderstanding which is why you were given a £5 loyalty voucher. We have looked at your online loyalty card and £30 worth of loyalty card were added on 14/03 but due to the amount the voucher was not generated until 20/03. Please access your account where you will see there is a voucher for £5 & £30 available to use, these will be valid for 3 months after this they will automatically expire. I ordered to collect from the store and it was delivered long after the estimated date! I didn't even get an email confirming it was in store I was in the area so decided to call in to find out where my order was and it was sitting there in the store! I previously ordered for home delivery and it was delivered long after the estimated date too - I won't be using decathlon again

Dear Ms Tulett, Thank you for your feedback, we apologise for the delay of your Click & Collect order it appears when it arrived it was not scanned when it arrived in store, we have made stores aware of the importance of following this process to avoid delaying the collection date. In regards to your online order this arrived before the estimated delivery date, there was no delay as the estimated delivery date was 02/03 and it arrived 27/03 due to one item on the order requiring stock transfer from outside of the UK but it arrived earlier than expected. We apologise that this process is not satisfying in terms of how long it will take and we are working on ways to improve and avoid having to transfer stock. We hope that you will use Decathlon.co.uk one day again and that your online experience will be a positive one.

Wasn't impressed at all with the service. I ordered 2 children's fleeces, which were showing in stock when I ordered them online. It took Decathlon nearly 5 days to contact me to inform me that one of the sizes I had ordered was now out of stock and that the remainder of my order was placed on hold until I contacted them by email or phone to say what I wanted to do with my order. I ordered a different size, but it still took an eternity for them to deliver it to my local store to collect. Won't be ordering from them again.

Dear Ms Kempa, We apologise for any inconveniences caused despite the attention paid to updating the stock levels displayed on the website, the availability of products, sent by the supplier, may, on occasion, differ from that when the order is placed. We can see that your Click & Collect arrived to the store on the 13/01 which was the delivery date, we are aware that the Click & Collect delivery dates can be slightly longer than a home delivery and apologise for this. We are currently working on ways to better the delivery times and the online experiences for all customer.

Ordered a tub of protein powder for pick up collection when I opened the box the tub was actually tiny! The website gives the impression of a large tub. For the cost...Not happy and waste of money. Mr smith.

Dear Mr Smith, We apologise for any inconveniences caused we can see that the the size of tub the protein powder came in was not stated which caused you to assumed it was large tub. This product will not be coming back into stock we are unable to make changes to it but will alert the UK Market Director for Health & Discovery to suggest putting the size of the protein powders so that customers are aware of the sizes they will receive after purchase. It's not a website I enjoy using. The navigation is sometimes quite difficult, so is tracking down exactly what I'm trying to buy. It can be quite useful for browsing but I usually try and shop in a store.

This is the first time I have used decathlon for purchasing sports products. I will never use decathlon again, and I will continue to advise my many friends within the running and triathlon circle not to use decathlon. I returned an Item for exchange to have the same item sent back to me. I then had to use my own money to return the product t which cost me £5 I eventually decided to get a refund and take my business elsewhere. In the parcel I returned the receipt for my recorded delivery and proof of delivery. Only to be told paperwork is not kept and I will not be receiving a refund. I could not speak to any customer service representatives and could not make a formal complaint as all correspondence is by email. Shocking customer service all round! I received an email to advise that decathlon had called me, but no one had even left a voicemail to let me know this.

Dear Mike, We apologise that your first online experience with Decathlon was not a positive one. We can see that when you created an exchange you selected the same product you previously order in action section "Create a replacement". Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges for other products as when you select action you will be presented with the different sizes available in the model you purchased and also a section for a refund. To have changed your exchange for another product we would have had to be notified so that we didn't process the returns form. In regards to the reimbursement for postage of the exchange order as the return went back to our warehouse we do not have your proof of purchase however we can ask the warehouse if they still have this with them. Alternatively we can offer you a promotional code for £5 or a £5 E-Voucher to use in store or online. I want to talk about a recent purchase in your store (and not necessarily the one I ordered online) I bought a Btwin lock to go with my son's Btwin bike. He lost the key (all 12 year olds do). I tried to get the key cut but none of the three specialist locksmiths I tried in London had ever seen a key like it or could cut a new one. AS that leaves us with one key I have had to get another lock as I do not want to find the bike locked up and no way to unlock it. I do not think you should sell a bike lock with an uncuttable key. And no, I would think it reasonable to travel 10 miles across London to go to your store to get it cut (even if that were possible).
