“Ordered 3 pairs of shorts - quality good. Sizes poor though - either large or extra small with little in between, Have to return two as they are way too big. Annoyed at having to pay postage to return. Surely collection service should incorporate free returns? cheap prices, good service but need to look at returns policy!”

“Had a big issue with my order being cancelled and not being informed. The staff managed to find the majority of my placed order which was a bonus. Was then told I couldn't purchase products due to having to wait for the voucher to be produced. Once again after a wait and some stern words from staff to head office everything was sorted out for me that day.”

“I bought some cycle gloves and overtrousers to send to my son. They arrived quicker than gloves sent first class through Royal Mail! The winter gloves were great for him but, as soon as it got to November temperatures these winter gloves were not warm enough to stop my fingers freezing on the bike!”
