What went wrong was I order a gym kit for my sons birthday not only was the delivery date 3 weeks from placing the order we never got the order on that date due to be delivered on the 27th July my husband took a day of work to collect the delivery we never received the delivery on that date I tracked the delivery it did say it was in Nottingham on the 27th but was going to take another week to come , by this time my son was very upset so a week later came and only part of the delivery turned up we then had to drive down to get our money back as we called mybe 10 times only to be told we will look into this and call you back terrible customer service will not be shopping at decathlon again

The delivery service that you use for collection of goods is so poor. I still have not received my goods ordered as I was supposed to on Monday like the email said I would. Very poor service would never recommend.

Was assured that wetsuit would arrive in time for diving trip. It didn't and my trip was ruined. Biggest disappointment that my enquiries about late delivery were not properly investigated until too late.

Really poor service. Problem with 2 order first stock error then delivery error and customer service don't even call back. I won't be using decathlon again.

1st of all your website is not very informative in info for tracking your order. 2nd when I placed my order the delivery date came up as 29th july & no one at your store can give me a delivery date as I needed the order for the 20th of august for a special fishing trip. I have emailed again to yry to assertain were abouts the ordet is but the responce was to no avail??

I never received notification my order was ready for collection. My wife went to the store and was told it had been sent to another country and was lost. Order cancelled.

I am still waiting for a refund for goods ordered 17/7/16 which I emailed and spoke to MK store to say I was unable to pick up time, so couldn't use. They said a refund would be processed.

I ordered Rockrider 500S Full Suspension Mountain Bike XL (order DCUK2471314 placed on the 30/07/16) and only received the product itself with no invoice, no instructions manual or any kind of guidelines, no warranty. Not very happy about the situation; please refer to nittzzu@yahoo.com for recovery.

Ordered football boots online to collect in store. The wrong size was sent. Member of staff stated that he would ask his manager to investigate and contact me. Unfortunately no follow up communication has been received

They promised the arrival of our rent by Thursday. Then that it would be delivered by 7pm Friday. It arrived at 8m15pm after we had to leave and buy a tent elsewhere.

Product was not able to be assembled due to faulty parts. Delivery options for the products were very limited (7am-7pm) resulting in having to pay a courier to collect it from store. Due the product being faulty I now need it to be returned but the couriers offered by decathalon only offer weekday slots of 7-7. This will result in me Having to take a day off work at a higher cost of the product just to return it.

Truly awful service. I was given a gift card for £30 and tried to use it online. Firstly nearly all of the products I chose online turned out to be out of stock. If this is the case, why do you advertise them? When I final found a pair of trainers and a pair of sandals that were actually in stock your website made it impossible to use the gift casrd I had been given, I had to make sevral phone calls to try and resolve this. firstly, I was told it was because I was trying to order via a smartphone and this wouldn't work. Then when I tried on a tablet, I was told that this wouldn't work either. Every time I tried to use the figtcard the website still asked me to supply other payment methods as well, No way was I going to pay teice for these items. finally, I ordered the items via a PC and was given a delivery date a week hence.I was told that I would receive an e-mail when the the items were delivered to store. 3 or 4 day's after the itesm should have been delivered to store I contacted your customer Services team as I had not received any e-mail. After another day of waiting I was told that the items had not been delivered to store and that they should be presumed lost. I was given o a choice of starting the whole ordering procedure again or a refund. Not surprisingly, I chose the refund. Then I had to make 2 more phone calls to you as no one could tell me how the refund would be processed as I had used a gift card. Finally, someone agreed to put the £30 credit onto my Decathlon account and told me that I can use this credit in store. however, I have no proof of this and don't know if this has actually been processed. I order goods online all the time and can honestly say that your website and company in general are the worst I have ever dealt with. Please confirm that I have been refunded my £30 credit as I do want something for my money. I will not shop online with you ever again and I am also very reluctant to purchase from your Bolton store as your stock in most sports is so limited. a terrible shopping experience for me and I would also hope that you would compensate me for all the trouble I have incurred as a reputable company would.

What went wrong you sent me the wrong size I selected a 8 and a half and you sent a nine and a defect pair of trainers the right trainer is different from the left one its discusting how you can get away with this
