It's cheap but constant problems with stock in Sheffield store makes me often "unhappy".

Gazebo arrived 2 days after specified delivery date and therefore too late for camping trip. I phoned up after 1 day to cancel and was told it has been cancelled and refunded but alas it arrived whilst I was away and then no refund. Dissapointed as I love decathlon normally!

Decathlon were very good with their commitment to delivery timings and also on speaking to someone regarding having to send the items back, however I was disappointed with the sizings of the items. Every wetsuit came up too small, quite considerably! I measured according to their sizing guide and ordered accordingly, in fact went up to an age 10 for my slim nine year old daughter, but it was way too small!

I ordered online ... I am neither happy or unhappy with Decathlon. I think that you were slow at getting the goods to me, so I can only class Decathlon as average. You do no more than other average online stores.

Products and prices great but when collecting my order the young girl was rather awkward and obnoxious. I had letters with my name and address as well as the card I purchased the order with but she demanded I get photographic ID. I explained I had sent them off to be changed address. I left unhappy but returned and the next girl happily accepted my letters and bank card. I felt so angry at my treatment from the original young girl.

Very quick postage once the order had been accepted. This was the most frustrating aspect as even though I paid using a card and the website directed me to my own banking to add further details for card potection, I had to wait a further 2 days for Decathalon to do their own checks and even had to send a scanned copy of a utility bill and driving licence! Great range of products. Good prices.

The processing time from ordering is very slow and sizes are way smaller than usual although the products are good quality and well priced, having to return my product i am still waiting for my refund nearly a week later,

I ordered some items from the site and it kept crashing eventually the items arrived over a week later and some of the items were too small. I had to pay to return the package for a replacement which was disappointing. And as there is no store close to us. The process seemed a bit of a hassle and I'm glad I gave it over 14 days before I needed the items as they would not have been here before. I probably won't be using the online service again

Waited 31/2weeks for delivery (well beyond the promised dispatching date) only for the whole order to be canceled because by that time my credit card had expired and my new one had validated. There was no communication as to the reasons for the delay or a new shipping date given. A lot of the products on the website were also out of stock and sizing is tricky to work out particularly for gloves. It is not always clear if the sizes are junior or ladies.

Delivery is ridiculously slow - and the delay is at the processing end where it took them a week to process the order before sending me notification of dispatch. This is much much longer what they promise at the point of ordering.

Ordered age 12 wetsuit for my son who is 8yrs and it was much too small so ordered age 14, same make and it was much too big . It did however fit my daughter who is 11.Would not reccomend using age sizes or buying online if you can visit store.I am too far away so had no choice.

Received the wrong order, no paperwork whatsoever either inside or outside the box. Very flimsy packing.

A maritime store- Southampton has a very poor stock of sailing products. Ordered items but coming from France arrived too late for trip and way past estimate. E mail system unresponsive to cancellation and just kept on sending me e mails saying stuff had arrived. Cancellation on non collection took 2 weeks. Decathlon great quality gear at great price but website sevice woeful and why don't you deliver in this day and age?

About the emails that you were receiving, it was because of a technical problem in your account, where the status had not been changed, but we have already actualized it manually so you won't be receiving those emails anymore. Great products at good prices, let down by slow delivery times. Also a surprising number of poor translations of the original French website for navigating around - get some English mother tongue people to translate in future!!
