Decathlon is a brilliant shop. Only problem is that we don't have one on this side of London. Would be great to have a full store in Watford, Hemel , St Albans area. Lot of money in this area and lot of people looking for sporting goods!

Computerised ordering system was very slow and failed on a number of ocassions. Ordering system was convoluted and not at all 'user friendly'. Some of the staff were very helpful, others seemed as if they couldn't be bothered. The stock and prices were very good. We might shop there again but if we get the same experience as last time, then we wouldnt bother in the future.

The sizing of the wetsuit that I bought recently was ckearly way out- and I'm not impressed. I took tine to make sure that I was buying the correct size- but this was a fruitless exercise- and a desperately small 14yrs. Size is what was delivered. I suggest this ia a 10yr old maximum. The manufactures sizing ahpuld not be relied upon and stockist should. Heck against a known accurate size source. Honestly- this one didn't even come close!!

i ordered a swimming costume for my 2 year daughter, it was a two pace. i ordered an age 3 costume. the sizing is terrible, it came up so small.

Bought a match ball for volleyball, price is good. You stock no volleyball products in the store, which is a shame. I run a volleyball social club, with 150 members and growing, volleyball is a growing sport, practiced a lot by women. Also your store in Purley Way does not have higher quality clothing, so I bought in JD sports instead. I would like to buy a uniform for the club, but I did not find something suitable. I would like to know if Decathlon is interested in sponsoring the club.

I am a cyclist. The reason I will not use any of your clothing is because your huge tag labels are in all the wrong places. Gloves I looked at had hard tag labels sewn into the wrist and over the palm where the palm grips the bars. Very uncomfortable. Shoes. The scratchy tags are underneath the tongue to rub on the top of the foot. Other manufacturers have s/a label in sole. You need to re-think your tags

Product was just what I ordered, contact was fine, the only thing that let them down was the estimated delivery date. I ordered 2 wetsuits for my children before going on holiday. The estimated delivery date was the day before the holiday, so I thought it would be fine, with a day spare in case of any issues. On the afternoon of the estimated delivery date, I received an email letting me know it had just been despatched, so unfortunately it didn't arrive until we'd already gone on holiday.

Good products. Staff are very friendly but I think they are stretched, the floor is very busy and the the shop could do with beeing a bit cleaner.

My ordered item didn't "arrive" yet after 3 days by the Click and Collect option despite I paid straight away and the store had it on display. My son's birthday was ruined. My online account says this item has been shipped. So, what's going on?? Would it be simplier and easier to buy from the shop instead of the website? Why should I leave a feedback before I've got the correct service?

At first I thought the tent to be brilliant, it pops up well and when I got the hang of it I can fold it down again fine. the problem is that water collects on the inside of the out lining and then starts dripping in through the inner lining. when you open the door from the inside you are faced with and outter door so all the end of the sleeping bag and my face got wet when i had to open it, especially not good in the middle of the night when going out for a wee. the bottom of our sleeping bags and pillows we wet too and it didn't rain

3 of my items were wrongly labelled so I was over charged, so went back to shop and they refunded difference but it took a long time. the assistant called for a supervisor who then called for a manager who then refunded difference, which all took a long time.

I found it really easy to identify the product I needed and a bit of internet research showed it was being sold at a fair price. Ordering was easy and quick using PayPal and the quality of the table was good. The only problem I had was arranging delivery but that may well have been the shipping company rather than Decathlon. None of the item, order or package numbers listed by Decathlon were recognised by the shipper, 2SL, and so the on line delivery booking system would not work. Delivery took about a week longer than it should have done.

The sizing as ridiculous. I am a medium to large in every outdoor make but the Simond hoody in large was like a small to medium. The pick up from the shop was fine and the return efficient. They have sold out of xl hoodies so all in all a complete waste of a trip. Just as well I live nearby or I would have been very cross!

Although the click and collect was easy and efficient my experience was sadly spoilt by the male assistant in store . As I had stood and waited at the desk for longer than I should have when I was told by the checkout assistant I had to join the main queue . He had seen me and acknowledged me when I arrived . Not likely I will click and collect again . Not at reading store anyway .
