Happy with the price, best I could fine online. Comms not so good and delay with initial delivery which had to be chased before it was dispatched. The free weather station that came with the order looks different to the one that was shown on the website at the time of purchase; certainly doesn't look like it's worth £24.99

Dehumidifier works well if a little noisy the only reason I gave 3 stars is because I contacted the company over a week ago via my PayPal account as the indicator lights on the front don't work and I still haven't received a reply.

The price was good, the product arrived quickly and works well, BUT, it didn’t come with the Free Weather station as promised on the website. I emailed to report this and ask whether it would come separately and so far my email has been dully ignored. Hence the mixed feeling. Being ignored as a customer is the worst customer service one wants.

Price and delivery wasn't too bad but communication is very poor. Needed to know expected delivery date but no replies to emails or phone calls. Was looking to purchase an industrial dehumidifier as well but again no replies to emails or phone calls to get more information on the item required so that sale for almost £1000 went somewhere else.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I am sorry that you have found our communication to be poor. We were closed over the Christmas period (23rd Dec - 2nd Jan), so there would have been slight delay if you tried to contact us during this time. Our team are on the phones and emails from 8am - 5pm every week day. The phones are usually answered (via a divert) in the evening up to 8pm and at weekends between 9am - 8pm. The dehumidifier I received is working perfectly. The only problem is that I never received the FREE Digital Weather Station which should be provided with it despite two emails I sent with NO ANSWER !

Hi, thanks for the feedback. Sorry for the trouble you have had getting through we are looking at an answering service solution for overflow calls. Our lines are open from 8am - 5.30pm and we tend to get a lot of calls from 11am - 3pm. Calling outside of these times will usually get you through straight away. I have found your order on our system and will ensure that you have a weather station in the next few working day. Hi, thank you for the feedback. I will be investigating the delay personally, it is important to us to identify any issues that we are having with couriers. We currently use DPD who have been voted the best courier in the UK 2014 and 2015. They successfully delivery hundreds of dehumidifiers per week for us and problems are very rare. Kind Regards.
