“The staff at this company are amazing. I ordered one dehumidifier and then another one a little later the same morning. They phoned me to check that it wasn’t a duplicate order - a really good start. I was told the day the goods would be delivered, next working day, and when the DPD delivery company driver went to the wrong address, the staff at Dehumidifiers UK talked to DPD directly and tried to get the goods redelivered to my address. When DPD let them down, Dehumdifiers UK got involved again and the goods arrived the next day. They even phoned me up and e mailed me to check all was OK. So ten out of ten for service. The price was also very reasonable. I would thoroughly recommend Dehumidifiers UK.”

“still waiting for delivery 12 days after order. and no idea when it will be made. When last asked was told under new management but delivery would be in a couple of days!! but still waiting”

“Delivery was on time in November 2014, although the dehumidifier came with a free weather station that never turned up. I have called up 3 times and emailed 4 times, when speaking with customer services every time I got an apology and said they will send it. The emails were a waste of time also as not reply. Its now April 2015 and I still have not received the weather station.”

Hi, I am glad to hear that the delivery was on time and I assume that the unit is working well for you. We had an unexpected delay in the replacement stock of the weather stations arriving in which led to a 2 week build up of orders that needed weather stations sending on. This has never happened before and it was managed as best as it possibly could be. It actually turned out to be a much bigger 'manual' task than anyone anticipated due high demand during this two week period. I am sure that the member of staff you spoke to would have given you an accurate reflection of the situation at the time of the call. We have a healthy level of stock of the weather stations now and never be in this situation again. Please can you provide your order number and I will make sure that a weather station has been sent. “Bought an Eco Air DD128 8 litre desiccant dehumidifier. Arrived quickly and works fine. Unfortunately it was advertised as coming with a "free Weather Station" This didn't turn up and despite attempts to find out why my emails are ignored. So if you just want the dehumidifier then fine but don't be enticed in by "free" offers. Just makes me wonder that if something did go wrong with the dehumidifier what their response or lack of it might be”

“Ordered item on 29th November before 3pm expecting next day delivery as stated on website. Still waiting for email regarding delivery. Order was acknowledged immediately and payment taken. Anyone got a telephone number for these guys?? The one on the website is just an answering service and not the 'expert' it says it is”

“Great item, it is amazing how much dampness there is in side the house, I am completely shocked when it comes to time to empty the collection container, time after time, the good thing is it let's you know when it is full. I would definitely recommend this clever little machine.it has definitely made a huge difference to the feel and problems with the issues I was experiencing. Ron Griffiths.”
