“I have already posted a comment about the excellent staff but am now reviewing my dehumidifier. Brolin QT8. A great little machine that works a treat. It's very quiet and looks good in my conservatory. I am more than happy with the way it works and find the controls easy to understand. All in all I'm very happy with this company.”

“This company deserves 5 stars BUT I had a couple of blips that were arguably not their fault, although I think might have been avoided with better communication. The professional advice on my choice of product was first class. The product itself was well priced, free next day delivery and I was notified of delivery date. Here it went wrong. After waiting in all day (a Friday) it transpired that the courier arrived but did not deliver, indicating a need for better instruction? I was then advised of next working day delivery (Monday) and told I would get an eta. This didn't happen. After numerous calls and emails I was informed the team were in meetings all morning and the phone lines were under maintenance. This was unfortunate but not good customer relations. However my machine arrived and the follow up/understanding of my concerns was exemplary. I would use this company again without hesitation but there is room for improvement.”

“Definitely removes moisture from the garage where my 1939 Morris is kept. Fitting drain pipe fiddly but noww attached works well.”

“So far, so good but not yet tried all of the features. It did dry a load of washing in the bathroom but I've yet to use it as a dehumidifier.”

“Surprising how much water was collected over 24 hours. A bit more noisy than we expected but on the plus side as the humidity can be controlled stops the air getting too dry, causing coughs etc. Did not use too much electricity.”

“We bought the dehumidifier to help dry the laundry. It does this perfectly and has exceeded our expectations. I did not get the advertised weather station as stated on the website when I ordered. This was a disappointment.”
