“I am very happy with the dehumidifier, my only problem is as follows. I sent you an email soon after receiving the item to tell you I also ordered and paid for , a length of pipe to allow the dehumidifier to run continuously if required. To date I have received neither the pipe or a refund. Could you please deal with this matter as soon as possible. Thank you, Ray Grimshaw.”

“Bit of a delay on my order that I had to call up to chase. But they were very helpful on the phone. Item arrived safely as expected and was best price I could find.”

“I originally ordered an Electrolux dehumidifier. After waiting a week with no delivery I chased them up only to be told that this particular model was no longer available. It had been a mistake on their part to display it on the website. Instead I was offered a Meaco 20-litre machine, (Which? magazine's top-rated item) for the same price as the Electrolux. That was, in effect, a £20 discount. It arrive promptly three days later and is giving me excellent service. The Meaco is a cracker. Apart from that bit of inefficiency, Dehumidifiers UK did well.”
