“Postzustellung kann durch Planzer nicht deponiert werden. Zustellung ausserhalb Bürozeiten nur mit Zuschlag möglich. Kein Kioskdepot oder ähnlich im Angebot!”

“2 kleine Produkte, selber Hersteller/Sortiment. 2 verschiedene Lieferanten. 1ner Deponiert es (falls man nicht Wiederrift), der andere darf nur Mo-Fr (8-17 Uhr) ZUSTELLEN oder Abends/Sa gegen Aufpreis. Hat mich genervt, habe das Konto gelöscht. Ps Support hat geantwortet, war "nett".”

“Der Wecker den ich bestellt habe funktioniert nicht richtig, ich habe reklamiert per Mail an den Kundendienst. Habe erst nach Tagen eine Antwort erhalten, dass meine Reklamation weitergeleitet wird. Jetzt Wochen später immernoch keine Rückmeldung. Bestelle nie wieder da.”

“Artikel kahm Defekt an. Deindeal Kundenservice ist grotten Schlecht. Habe umgehend vor 14Tagen mein Problem geschieldert. Bis heute trotz mehrmaligen Nachfragen keine Antwort, geschweige Ersatzprodukt. DeinDeal, nie mehr!”
