Entering the required information on the website to make an effective claim can be challenging. It is quite a convoluted process. If they had an app I am certain that would help matters. It's a great deal quicker than snail mail. But in this age of super smooth user interfaces

Thought I'd try this out on the free trial for a month, but so far, they've missed a train that was delayed (I was on it) & just said a train was cancelled yesterday that I was also on & was on time. And that's only the trains I know about. Sadly the info seems to be a bit hit & miss. I don't think I'll be paying for this service when my trial ends

It’s a great concept but unfortunately it’s not always very accurate and when things are wrong their customer service can be disappointing. Given it costs quite a bit and where the payments aren’t commensurate with the value of the tickets, it just needs some refinement and improvement to get 4 and 5 stars.

Thank you for your feedback. All DRG level subscribers are entitled to a Price Promise refund if you do not receive more back in compensation than the cost of your subscription fee. To activate this, please drop us an email so we are able to assess your account and issue any refund due back to you. Please also let us know if you have any improvement suggestions and we would be happy to review and pass along to our development team. We hope that going forward we are able to provide you with a better experience.

Useful service although the recent upgrades to the website are a big step backwards. Much harder to use than it used to be. Things that used to take one or 2 clicks now take 3 or 4 and its not intuitive.

Great when it works but it doesn’t always pick up cancellations which is an issue.

It is now starting to get a little expensive and I have had some issues with the train companies as they have queried the way that claims are submitted. In some cases, claims have been duplicated and in others they are not submitted in order. This does look suspicious

Still displaying two possible claims when only one can be selected. Multiple claims sent in one go and almost missed the deadline to claim. Not all delays are recorded as they actually occur leaving me to select other delayed trains to ensure delay is accounted for. Otherwise a great service and thank you for taking the pain away from a process I would never do myself. Andy

Ok... Good for the info. Would suggest only paying for the £3/4 standard version as the auto claim takes them a month to action before it's even sent to the TOC. Better off doing yourself for speed

Great at spotting those past delays, though need to remember to claim as paying the subscription fee. Found another site Late Rail (laterail.co.uk) which shows same info but free! so will use this after free month ends with DRS.

Easy and logical to use. However will need to evolve with change to ticketing options and not sure why it does not claim on strike days or make it easy for customers to. Still should be an option to pay as percentage of amount claimed.

A very good service that saves having to remember and searching for the trains that caused delays in my commute. I have only given a 3 as since i subscribed i have not received a single payment of compensation in4 months due to method of submitting some paper claims rather than online has now caused Southern Rail to suspend my account for claiming on their delay repay scheme. A good scheme but has caused me great problems claiming for future delays.

Not really happy because when it comes to fighting for what's right I have to do it myself??

Some team members are extremely helpful Some can become impatient with older people who are not quite up to speed with computors

It on the whole just about makes me money. However, when taking out the subscription It did state that if I did not receive claims that exceeded my subscription fee in a month I would be refunded the difference, so as never to be out of pocket. I believe on a number of months this has happened. I have still received the full subscription fee though... Would appreciate some clarification on this. Brad

Good Evening Brad, thank you for your comments on the reviews site. The price promise relies on the individual to identify to DRS when they have not received in excess of their subscription fee as the compensation is sent straight to you and so we do not know if you have received the compensation as such. Just drop the customer services team an email when this is the case and they will be happy to help. Please allow time for pending claims to be settled before requesting the price promise refund. Kind Regards, Lee

There’s no doubt that delay repay takes away the hassle of claiming. But at almost £10 per month, living in zone 5, I have to make 4 claims to cover the monthly fee. May have to unsubscribe.

Twice now I stop getting, as with now, I stop getting notification with my changing any preferences on my e-mail system. All I get is its for me to sort with my provider. Not sure why when I have changed anything. Has anyone else experienced this with hotmail?
