You provide a fantastic services and i'm very happy but for some reason my trial ended on the 2/11/19 and I signed up on the 27th but some reason I cant view the delays from 3/11 to the 26th ? Possible claims + 28days? Please help

Their website still requires some improvement- apart from that it provides a great service. To be honest not sure how much it's worth it's as paying £10 per month and approximately the same amount I get back in each month...

Easy to register to site. Then for good price per month Delay Repay Genie take all hassle out of claiming for delayed trains. A few times recently the daily emails have been small and hard to read and on One occasion the train that was delayed didn’t have a claim button next to it so I was unable to claim. It must have been a system error.

This is a really good service. The only downside is that the price per month is the same for every customer no matter what your annual travel card amount is so that if, like me, you only travel from Zone 3, it's not every month that it is cost effective to have the service. I think a proportionate charge would be an improvement.

Signed up the the more expensive automated claim service which works really well. Just click a button and the claim is raised. Really simple and quick and the delayrepaysniper team are really helpful whenever there is a query or problem. If the service were a little cheaper and there was a nice app for my phone I would give 5 stars.

Very good idea. Works a treat. My one suggestion would be to include missed connections. As my journey from londom to manningtree connects from Manningtree to Harwich and thats where the majority of my delays lie. Would be great to see that included.

DRS is a great service and makes it very easy to claim for all those annoying delays to your daily commute. However, I am finding that after the £10 monthly fee I am only getting back slightly more than that each month, so about 65% of my refunded money has gone to pay for this service... DRS could maybe look at reducing their rates slightly?
