It's a very good way of keeping on top of the delay repayments for our endlessly rubbish train service we have to put up with. Could be improved with an App for mobile phone use...

Fairly easy system of identifying which trains you were on that were delayed and being able to easily submit a claim. Not so good is trying to tie up emails back from the train companies with the claim on DRS as no unique reference number available that carries through the whole process.

Very easy to use. If the money or vouchers appear without hassle it will be upgraded to 5 stars. Takes all the hassle out of claiming the compensation you are entitled to and if enough of is claim then it will be worth the train companies fixing the problems.

I just traded my vouchers in for my horrifically expensive season ticket and saved over £400 on the face value with little input from me other than a daily check and click

Made me happy as you always respond to requests when needed. Claims always turned round in quickest possible time. Also can anyone tell me the last time something went down in price?? Weldone to the DRS Team

I have signed up to the full package meaning the claims are processed on my behalf, I chose to do this because of the painful process that SW trains put you through. So far I havent had a claim paid although this is due to SW systems and general ineptitude (hence 4 rather than 5). The customer service is fantastic, looking forward to seeing the rebates rolling in and bumping this up to a 5*!

Emily from Delay Repay Sniper's requested I was asked to give my honest feedback... The tool is easy to use especially if on the higher subscription level. The DRS customer support team have submitted improvement requests (09/10) to the DRS Development Team on my behalf for a VAT receipt, however I have yet to hear if my suggestion will be implemented. A friend referred my to DRS, we both followed the necessary process, however he did not receive the reward automatically, as we had expected. I had issues with DRS and Paypay 02/16, this was never resolved hence I have used anothe payment method,which made me happy. DRS are prompt to answer queries via their chat forum and email, and with more experience will become knowledgeable at answering queries fully.

easy to set up and to use the on-going on line platform to re-coup monies for train travels effected by poor running services. high recommend you consider using the service

A very good service that makes submitting delay claims a breeze. The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars is I believe it would be even better if it was a native app and the submission of ticket details was a little simpler (needs a user experience specialist in order to improve this). Well worth the subscription cost, many thanks.

In a great service. However. With the increase in monthly price, I now have to claim 4x from zone 5 to break even. So the system doesn't work for me anymore. Shame.

Delayed train emails are useful. It's easy to upload tickets to the portal. An app would make this even better!
