Whilst the experience was initially excellent, during the pandemic due to limited travel I have not made a claim since March, although I continued my subscription. However after many attempts I have only received a partial refund of 18.72 for 3 months, making me quite out of pocket..not sure why this is and why the price promise no longer seems to exist!!

Thank you for your review. We will issue a refund for the difference between the compensation received and your subscription cost up to a maximum of £6.24 (the difference between the DIY and DRG services). The full terms of the Price Promise can be found in our Terms and Conditions. I can see that we have issued you with 6 months of Price Promise payments since March. In April, we sent an email to all users explaining the process of suspending your account if you were no longer travelling and because you chose to continue your subscription, you were charged the full amount each month. If you would like to suspend your subscription payments while you are not travelling, please let us know and we would be happy to arrange this for you.

Since the change to DelayRepayGenie the platform does not work as well for particular routes especially HS1. The reporting is inaccurate as it will suggest that a train from Ebbsfleet to St Pancras is delayed, but in fact the train is on a loop from St Pancras to St Pancras via Ebbsfleet twice. It is extremely frustrating that what was a great easy to use and navigate platform as DelayRepaySniper has now become over complicated an unreliable.

The technology is good and its easy to make a claim if you're a regular commuter. But if there are problems - which there always are because South West Trains are laughably awful - then you have to contact the train service yourself. Delay repay wont help with anything. So you might as well save £10 a month and submit your claims directly. I'm not sure the economics stack up.

As per our Terms and Conditions, after the initial submission of the claim, we will not engage with the Operator to chase compensation, query delays or reasons for rejection, this is the users responsibility. We are always happy to offer advice regarding claims and any correspondence you may receive.

Uploading/adding tickets to portal could be improved with a click of a button. At the moment it's a long winded process where I have to take a picture of the ticket then size it down to acceptable size they DRS can handle and then go through the painful and repetitive process of filling in the same boxes with the same values over and over. With today's technology it should be as simple as just snapshot and then handle the reading of ticket number length etc automatically.

Still haven't received a bean despite making several claims since February and paying premium service!

be careful if you don't claim every 28 days, you lose the ability to claim. So if you're busy its tough, and they still take your money......thats nice isn't it.

I use the basic service and generally it works fine. However, recently the data to check trains on 'find trains' has been missing for whole chunks of routes. When I have emailed for assistance, I either got flobbed off with lies or completely ignored. Therefore, make your applications timely and be aware that 'support' is pretty poor when things don't get well.

Still waiting for all my claims to be submitted, even though I subscribed for the £9,99 option, which was meant to be a lot better in comparison to the free version? Seriously debating whether to continue with this, if I wanted claims to take ages, I would just carry on submitting them myself instead...??
