“I too had an initial 5 star rating for DRS, but having my train cancelled 5 times in a 2 week period in July, DRS did not notify any of them, so the true value was shown. Emailed the helpline and they had no record of cancellations but would look into it...........still waiting. There is no need to use DRS as www.recenttraintimes.co.uk provides ALL the identical information & more (cancellations, % time late etc) for FREE and it's almost LIVE. I cancelled my Paypal future payment & this automatically cancelled my DRS subscription immediately, but it still had a month to run. DRS did honour this & reinstated as they agreed that I had not actually cancelled the DRS subscription itself. DRS is a service that you can carry out for yourself for free.”

“Delay Repay Sniper has taken all of the hassle out of claiming for delays and cancellations. I quite happily pay the monthly charge to take care of all of the administration in submitting claims. It is a highly recommended service.”

“A very good service that makes submitting delay claims a breeze. The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars is I believe it would be even better if it was a native app and the submission of ticket details was a little simpler (needs a user experience specialist in order to improve this). Well worth the subscription cost, many thanks.”

“Love this platform. I only wish that it was around years ago.... the ££££'s Ive spent and not bothered claiming back. Once set up its a doddle.... daily emails that let you know of all of the delays. Simple 1 click to make a claim.”

“Management and central secure storage is one thing. Solid Integration into the browser is another. The security centre and swift updates on possible breaches from across the internet just add to the fact that everyone should be using Dashlane. I’ve been a member for several years and have found their customer support (in that rare event) were superb. Can’t fault it. (I’m not affiliated in any shape or form).”
