“Ordered a couple small items 2 weeks ago and after emailing them for the last week with no response I called and was told since my order doesn't require any assembly that my order will ship ahead of orders that do require assembly so maybe my order will ship at the end of next week. So maybe my order will ship 4 weeks after placing my order and I was even charged for shipping. As a show of remorse I was offered a free shipping voucher or a whopping 5% off my next order. Wont be placing anymore orders with delta team tactical so their offer is of no benefit to me”

Then, when I called them to resolve the problem they told me that I would have to pay to return the item that they sold me under false pretense. I will be contacting my credit card company and having the charge reversed and I will not be doing business with them in the future if this is how they want to treat their customers.”
