“I would say as a whole they do well, and I haven’t had issues with the rifles much. However I would strongly suggest whoever purchased something there that has been installed to double check everything.
Seems like other reviews and my experience as well is whoever builds these things doesn’t seem to have the attention to detail you’d expect from a firearm related company.

“My order was incomplete. After multiple requests by email, the correction process was started. This delayed my appointment deadline with my machinist. I requested that they take the incomplete parts back, and complete my order, including assembly which I would pay for. Instead, they sent me the missing parts and asked that I send all of the parts back to them to be assembled. I requested an itinerary and I have yet to receive one. This process has taken over seven months and has yet to be completed. I will never do business with them nor would I recommend them to anyone in the future.”
“I wish I had read all of the reviews before deciding to order from them. I ordered a gas block and gas tube from them. The parts came relatively quickly. After opening the gas block, I tried to adjust the adjustment screw in and back out. Well that was a no go. Whoever assembled it, cross threaded the screw when putting it together. I've emailed 3 times with my order number and have called and eft a voicemail. Been over a week and I still have not heard anything back from them. I just want a replacement that works. Save yourself the time and 40 bucks and go to an honorable retail shop and buy a different brand. I now have a 40 dollar gas tube. :(”

A few days later “Mike A” sent an email asking for exactly what I already sent? So I once again sent pictures, order number, clear description as seen in photos. Weeks pass by and still no response so I sent another email asking them to at least respond telling me that won’t honor their warranty “kick rocks” basically. Weeks later, still nothing. “I use to love ordering through delta team tactical, few months back I made a order and the item said in stock, two weeks go by and not shipped, I called and asked and they said out of stock and will be a while. Canceled my order. Made another order and going on over a week and still has yet shipped, sat 15 mins waiting for someone to pick up but nothing so left a voicemail.”
“I have ordered multiple upper build kits from DTT. Many of the components are generic and frankly, cheap. However, the guards, barrels, and brakes look very good and they are solid! I’ve bought and built a 6.5 Creedmoor, 6.5 Grendel, and 5.56s from DTT, all on different brands of lowers. NOT ONE build from DTT will cycle correctly. Not one! They all fire one round but either do not fully eject or will not cycle another round. I have addressed just about every issue I can think of, including suggestions from my armorer buddies. I’ve even replaced some of the basic DTT components like buffers, and gas blocks (yes, purchased the more expensive adjustables) just to name a couple, spending quite a bit more money. I’ve used all different ammo and mags. No fix. I have other builds of different brands that function appropriately, and have, beginning with the first round sent down range. The only issues I have ever had with builds have been with the DTT products. I honestly wanted to love each one of the DTT builds but my experience has been soured. I am frustrated to say the least.”
“Here’s how my order experience went with DTT recently Nov. 2023. I ordered a 20” key mod rail from them for $40. After a week goes by I receive 4 handguard barrel nuts which I didn’t order. I called DTT and talked to someone in customer service who said he’ll look into my order and for me to send them a picture of what I received which I immediately did. A few days go by and I hear nothing from them even while I’m sending daily emails about my order status. Fed up as the end of week nears I contacted my credit card and reverse the charge. The same day I reversed the charge I start getting emails from DTT with a return label to send the 4 barrel nuts back to them and some sorry excuse. This could have all been avoided if they were more Honest and up front. I don’t see doing business with them again or they're partner companies. BUYER BEWARE!”
“I ordered your website. I paid for my items that showed the item was in stocks. So, when I ordered that item should have been placed in a bin with my name and shipped. But almost two weeks later I get a message from you guys. Item is out of stock. You have a replacement, which I will take. Reason is I have already waited 2 was. You guys took my money fast enough. Took a long time to respond. I thought maybe you had some military people there. They would know this would be unacceptable. I was sadly mistaken. Being an old 1SG this supply guy would have been relieved of his duties.
Suffic to say. I will never buy from you again. Further, I will warn anybody against buying from you. Especially my military friends and family.

“Ordered a slide from their site, they waited 5 days to email me that they put the wrong price on the site and I had to pay more or my order would be canceled!! Never ever buy anything from them, they might email you and ask for more money. Unbelievable.
