And shipping times have been better every time. I can say on quality, well been far better than expected. They have been fantastic to do business with. I could spend twice as much with other companies, but they have been great to me. My last order was in my hands within days. I will continue to do o business with them for years to come. I get how someone can be impatient for parts. But for the price, can't beat them. I have had thousands of rounds through one of my builds, and been flawless.”
“Make sure to carefully read “shipping times” for whatever you’re purchasing from this company. If your in a hurry for a product then this might not be your best option but I purchased from them totally without researching or reading anything on the DTT website or any reviews but going for best easiest to find value instead etc. and afterwards figured out why I hadn’t heard anything from my order for over a week because on their website the shipping is clearly listed with categorized items. With that out of the way, product arrived in perfect condition and overall very satisfied with DTT and the unknown of their “slow” shipping procedures was totally on me.”
“I read reviews here, then took 30 seconds to read delta team tacticals website. Time frame for shipping was as stated. They shipped out my item within 7 days of placing, they actually shipped in 4 days I got my items by day 8. They give clear time frames for everything so not sure what all the complaining is about. For what I ordered it was about 30% cheaper than midway, optic planet, cdnn and psa. Big woo it took an extra day or two I'm not in that big a rush. As far as uppers go pricepoint is worth it for an entry level build, you can't expect an lwrc quality upper for 199.99 be realistic, be patient but had no problems at all.”

“I have ordered from these folks before in the past. I believe they have a pretty competitive in their pricing. Maybe a little to much so. I think that they are trying to compensate for the inordinate amount of time it takes to ship. When I mean ship, I mean actually post the item for shipment. I have never had them ship me the incorrect items. The pricing suckers me in though. It’s only when I’m waiting for the order, that I remember WHY I don’t order from them more often. I really believe their shipping department consists of the owner and his/her immediate family. Absolutely doesn’t seem they have it together in that department. At all!
Well, if you can wait three times on average longer, than say Midway USA, or PSA, or the like, to save 3-5%”

“Ordered Davidson Defense Caravan build set 1/14/23, received 2/9/23. Considering I opted to pay $50 for the upper to be assembled and test fired, the time seems reasonable. It doesn't explain why the extractor rarely works. Even with Hornady Black Label SP, I had 1 jam out of a box of 20. The extractor looks to have been filed on to increase the distance from the bolt face, so they noticed it wasn't working right, but sent it out anyways. When I went to log in to my Delta Team account, my account had been closed out, just 2 weeks after receiving the parts. Also the Lakota Ops polymer sight set lasted about 120 rounds before the rear sight fell off broken. If you are planning to buy one of these kits to base a build on, I would recommend looking elsewhere as this company cares little about customer service, customer safety or parts quality.”
“The email I received said $6.99 for the Recovery Tactical MG9 pic rail mounted angled magazine pouch for Glock. I ordered 3 and after I checked out I noticed they charged me $9.99. I sent multiple emails and called with no response other than the automated email saying they received my request and it is under review. Terrible customer service, actually no customer service at all They didn't process my order until 1 week after I placed my order. I will not be making a purchase from them ever again.”
“Order Date 1/12/2023 I have contacted multiple time through email and phone. on email Tue, Feb 14, 9:45 AM no response. Call on your phone line. no customer service agent at the moment call back later. After waiting 20min!!! What kind of callback is that? try calling a lot of times. On Feb 16 got someone on the phone. they said they are trying to verify my FFL on email. i call my FFL to look out for the email. but still nothing. I have no response back yet. Need to file dispute because I can't even cancel the order.”
“Buyers Beware! You will be waiting a very long time. Placed an order 1-22 and 1-27, my ffl dealer sent their ffl same day. I cant believe a company is allowed to operate like this. It is past 17 business days already. Still have not received my ffl order. Sent 2 email inquiries, no response. Does not have customer service available on the phone. I asked for a full refund, hopefully I get a response. If not Im hoping my CC company can help me initiate a chargeback.
They should not allow online retailers to take funds without shipping the item especially if they have a massive backlog like this company.”

“It took a month to receive my unassembled complete upper. After several emails asking of its whereabouts. Once received the BCG had and out of spec extractor. I didn't have anymore patience for the emails back and forth for another month.
I won't be ordering anything else from them..
