“Ordered an upper kit from them, shipping was slow but eventually got it. Ordered another but it was missing the barrel nut and handguard screws. A month later and I still don't have the parts and my build is still on hold. The poor service is not worth what little money you save.”
“Ordered two DTT AR15 complete build kits and put on PSA stripped lowers for my sons, I built them, did not have DTT assemble them. DTT offers more free float handguards options in kits than PSA and at better prices. Shipping was in about 2 weeks, when you get delivery tracking change shipping to a FedEx location (walgreens for me LOL) if you have to sign for orders. Everything was included as promised, rifles shot well and were accurate. Ran 250+ rounds through both without any issues at all using good ammo and magpul magazines. Seeing all these poor reviews, not my experience. Takes them a day to reply to emails or chat if you have questions, pretty standard. My guess is some people order AR parts and kits online and have no patience, I get it but even Amazon takes a couple weeks or so and they are a trillion dollar company. Dont be scared by the poor reviews.”

“Ordered a part, paid for shipping protection, package got lost in the mail so I contacted the usps and they said it was lost. Called and emailed DTT to notify them and they said they would have someone from shipping call me or email me with a solution and I still have not heard back from them and still no reply email at all. $269 I guess up in smoke since they haven’t reached out to me and I’ve called twice. Just want my money back. Even though I paid for shipping protection the package only has $100 insurance so even if I file a claim I still lose almost 2/3 of my money. I will never do business with them again.”

“This place is a JOKE. They sell Chinese junk for 1. They don't stock a fraction of what they say they do and if you look up the address it is associated with several other online stores. Scammers. You purchase from there site and then they go and order from China to fulfill your order. Thays why it takes so long for shipping. They are crooks.”

“I ordered a serialized lower Glock frame. The communication has been very minimus at best. It has been well over a month since the order. They keep saying that my FFL has not provided them with their license. My FFL says they were told by Delta the item was being shipped. Today I get another email from Delta that says my FFL has never contacted them. Don’t waste your time. Delta makes the charge on your account and then don’t send the item. Order from a quality vendor.”
“I ordered a 308 lower 02-27-24--it is now 03-13-24, the lower was never sent to the FFL. I have called for a call back 5 times no call back. The company does not answer the phone and they have the worst on hold music. Guaranteed to make you hang up.
All I get are electronic B.S. They have my money and I am paying interest on it with "NO" lower. I think a 1 is to high.”
“Don’t waste your time or money. I’ve done 4 build kits, 2 of the 4 have issues jamming after cycling 3 rounds. After investigating it found the feed ramp to be the issue. The warranty is only good for 30 days after delivery. Do your research peeps, read all the reviews. They told me to check with the barrel manufacturer.”
“Took over a month to get a couple things I ordered delivered to me, and I’m only two states away. And the customer service is absolute garbage. They would not send a time my stuff would be delivered or when it would leave their warehouse. Also asked for a tracking number which they finally provided me when my products were delivered to my FFL dealer. Horrible company, horrible customer service. You trying support local American businesses, but when they can’t take care of you as an American ordering from them, there’s no point in supporting them.”
“I ordered 9mm lower on 1/29/24. Today is 2/26/24 and still don't have it. I asked the person on the phone if my lower would be able to ship to my FFL. They said yes 12 days later I called they said it can't ship there. So then I asked for them to refer a gun shop and they did. Some time later I called them to see what is going on. They told me it has not shipped and wasn't even put together. Now I'm left with a tracking number that goes to the website and shows me error and that's it. I have spent and ordered a lot of gun parts from online. Like PSA/MMc/pew pew Tactical and they get to me within 3 to 5 days and have never had this problem........”
“Horrible service. No ability to reach company via telephone, email or internal message system. Order placed 3 weeks ago with no response to all outreach attempts. Also multiple listed phone numbers do not work. Have not contacted CC company for full refund. Do NOT shop here. Highly suggest another retailer or vendor. I would give a zero if i could. 2/2024”
