“Quick and easy to use the website and plates delivered as designed on-line. My only quibble is the website says that they will start making the plates straight away thus implying an overnight service; however, it was several days before the plates arrived.”

Hi Simon. We do begin working on your order right away but the process can be slowed down by the customer not sending the ID and verification right away and also the Royal Mail. We do exactly what we say we're going to do. Thanks for the review. www.demonplates.com

“Excellent service as usual. very helpful and informed on the telephone but could have given better car-specific advice on front number plate surround in that my car has a curved front and the surround is rigid. a note regarding this would be helpful on the website as it would appear to have been a useless purchase.”

“I ordered a front number plate to match a rear I already had previously purchased (pair at the time) but the silver border is much duller than the existing and looks more grey than silver. Not a big issue but a little disappointed as the original silver looks much nicer. I may now reuse the old front which has a couple of redundant holes!”

Hi there Leonard. Like all business' we do change suppliers from time to time and each supplier has slightly different products. If you were ordering a pair then there would have been no issue. Unfortunately you're ordering fronts and rears at separate times which led to the slight difference between the two. You gave us 4 stars so I'm assuming that it is not that much of a difference / issue? Thanks for the review anyhow buddy. www.demonplates.com

“Great service and good quality plates. However, be careful when drilling as the reflective film behind the plate can be temperamental and peels easily....even if you drill from back to front....”

“Easy website to work with. Plates were quickly designed and immediately processed shortly after submitting the necessary documents. The plates took about 3 days to arrive and seem to be of a decent quality.”

“I was really pleased with my plates and how quick the service/delivery was only one thing in the wording at the bottom it's suppose to read LJ except it's joined together and looks like a U :( which I was a bit annoyed about!”

“Good plate designer and had most designs. They charge for everything so ends up quite expensive. Found halfords to be £10 cheaper for the same plates.”

“The layout of the site is extremely good and very easy to navigate which is a huge plus, there are plenty of options to customise your new plates. I went for the 3D style with black border, I must be honest which is what reviews are all about, at close inspections I felt it looked a little cheap looking but after placing them on the car and stepping back a few feet it really did pop and gave real depth to the plate. Communication and delivery were very good and I would not hesitate in using them in the future. The only negative point I had was the delivery cost at £4.99 the plate only cost £28. A real shame but hey ho. Thanks”

“Very easy to used the online ordering service provided you have given/attached all the paper work needed Would suggest making it essential to provide paper work at time of ordering. I didn't and got no reminders that the order was incomplete so ended up waiting for sometime to receive my plates But an excellent job! Thanks!”

“Very pleased with the prompt service and the quality of the plates. My only comment, and it was my fault, was the colour selection of the background of the GB emblem. The shade of blue depicted on the web site looked too bright so I went for the darker shade. Having received the plates, I now realise the lighter blue was the colour I should have chosen.”

Hi Hugh and thanks for the feedback. Our plates are laser cut so the possibility of a bad finish is pretty impossible. Nevertheless, if you're not happy with the plate you can certainly return it for an immediate replacement?
