“The terms and conditions mean you need to send details of driving license and car ownership. This slowed the transaction down, but is a good security step.”

“The service was quick. Delivery on time (but expected when you pay extra for next day delivery). The plate itself very good quality and the gloss lettering looked great. One disappointing point was that I also ordered the chrome look surround which was very cheap in quality and I could not fit this to my car because the holes were already placed in certain spots in the plastic which were different to my car. I would order plates but nothing else.”

“Order placed no problem, but the plates didn't arrive until I followed up with a call and was advised i needed to send in certain documentation, which must be a new law as with order with other companies previously, I hadn't had to. That was my fault for not knowing, but since the paperwork hadn't been supplied - would have been better for demon to remind people like me who don't read all the conditions and terms that i needed to rather than leave the plates sitting there !. The plates are very high quality - 3d gel graphite - I hope they last a long time...”

“Happy with the plates themselves, £4.99 for a fitting kit it a little over priced in my opinion, although didn't buy one. Ordered the plates on a Friday, despatched on the Friday, arrived Monday via the postman. Good quality and look the part :)”

“Look amazing but after 4 days and a letter fell off the rear plate and I had to stick on myself I wasn't to happy so overall not really worth the extra money”

“Site is well laid out and easy to order. There is a good choice of extras. You have to be careful though as the price seemed to change when I was preparing my plates online. I had to phone office to be advised of correct price. A minor glitch but could have been a bit awkward if I had ordered on basis of price shown.”

“Good quality plates, did not delaminate when I drilled through them (despite their recommendations). Prompt service. Very happy with my plates, though I don't think it was obvious you could personalise the badge with your own picture (if I had known before I ordered, I'd have done that). But overall good service :-)”

“Designing and ordering the plates was excellent as was the service and delivery times. I have to say I was disappointed with the colour match on the plates in So much as the black lettering (3D design) turned out to be not black but grey with black shading to accentuate the 3D effect. This spoils the whole look of the plate. My previous set which were the same designwere excellent.”

Hi Peter, it sounds to me like you ordered the wrong style of text. When selecting a text style you are presented with a photo showing exactly what that text looks like on a finished plate.
