“Very quick delivery and great service, however sticky pads supplied with plates are not very strong and the company have not responded to my query relating to this, i would appreciate a response.”

“Easy ordering and upload of documents. Received emails informing on progress of order. HOWEVER, the delivery is NOT Royal 1st Class Recorded as the website states and does not required to be signed for, again as the website states. The service they use is Royal Mail Tracked 48 - a slower, cheaper service. Plates received ok today but I am not happy about being charged £4.99 for this inferior delivery service.”

“The plates are ordered arrived promptly and were easy to fix, have smartened up the car from the original 5 year old plates. The web site is good for designing exactly what you want”

“I am very happy with the number plate as regards layout, quality etc. I was a bit disappointed when ordering through the website that I did not notice, until after I had paid my fee, that I had to forward copies of my driving licence and V5 before a plate could be made-up. I understand this is a legal requirement but feel it could have been more prominently brought to notice before the fee was paid. It caused me extra work and led to delay in receiving my plate. Overall performance (including delivery time to Northern Ireland) was poorish but the end product is very satisfactory.”

Thanks Stuart. You can rest assured that you have dealt with a reputable company that conducts it's business within the law. The same cannot be said for most of our competitors. You don't have to worry about cloned plates or debit / credit cards and that is worth a lot more than a little bit of your time. Thanks for the order.

“I think it's four times now that I've used Demon Plates. I do like the graphical interface - being able to build your plate with all the features you want, and having the price update as you do. My only issue is that it can be easy to miss the instructions on providing the necessary documents. It could do with being embedded into the checkout process a little more. I appreciate that not all plates are destined to be used on vehicles, but you could have a skip this button. Overall, I find it quite fun buying a plate this way.”

Thanks for the 4 stars. Glad you're happy with the product but unfortunately we don't deliver ourselves so that is the good old Royal Mail that let you down there.

“Quick and efficient service. The only down side is that you no longer give people the option of having a "car make" badge on the plate and when I submitted a question on your website my query wasnt answered. Other than that I have had 4 sets of plates from yourselves and they have always been of a high standard.”

Thanks for the great feedback Stuart. The need for ID and a number plate verification doc is made clear to you in our terms before you pay. This is the law and has been for many years now. There are many number plate sellers that will not ask for ID and your V5 but they are all operating illegally …… I can assure you of that. Thanks and we're glad to hear you're happy with your order.

“the cost of the fitting kit is outrageous considering it consists of just a few screws and sticky pads. For the price, the colour of the screw caps should at least match the colour of the background on the plate. eg. I had a blue section on the plate where a screw needed to be put, but no blue screw covers....”

“Plates were made and delivered very quickly. They are as design request and look good. Thank you. Would have been helpful tho had I been able to purchase adhesive pad fitting kit(s) (without the screw sets) tpo save shopping elsewhere.”
