“I ordered a pair of ASV Levers for a GSXR 1000 K6 and a K&N Air Filter on Saturday 14/03/2020. UPS Created a label on Monday 16/03/2020. Two weeks later and I still have received NOTHING. I have spoken 5 times in the last 12 days to a number of different people and they have all sworn to get back to me but I have had ZERO Communication with anybody from Demon Tweeks. Their customer service is completely non-existent. I will NEVER buy anything from Demon Tweeks EVER again. They are nothing but Liars who just take your money and could not give a damn after that.”
“I bought an Airhawk Seat from Demon Tweeks and after a couple of months it had a puncture. I asked DT customer service if I should just fix it but was told to return it as it was still under warranty.
After so many calls and emails asking about progress I was told on every occasion someone would call to update me. This NEVER happened....and then today, 7 weeks after returning the Airhawk Seat, it arrived in the post...in exactly the same condition I sent it.
Demon Tweeks have unquestionably the worst Customer Service I have ever come across. They simply don’t care and certainly don’t do what their website suggests (all queries will be dealt with within 5 working days).
NEVER AGAIN.
Update: I find it absolutely hilarious and indeed hypocritical that DT quickly contacted me about my review! Shame you don't treat ALL your customers with the same urgency.
I should also like to add I sent a complaint to your so called customer services which was also ignored.

“Your oil distributors in the UK make you anti-advertising. I wanted to buy Amsoil 5w30 Singnature, I asked many British distributors and official representatives of your oil about the production date. Nobody wants to answer me. This is sick and bad. The customer service department has your oil somewhere, it's a shame because I like it very much and I wanted to buy it. I will not decide to buy Amsoil oil without obtaining any information from a distributor or seller. Everyone has no time or has a customer somewhere. I will probably have to buy another oil, maybe Motula, at least the date of production.”

Was informed (after they took my money) that they do not deliver to hotels - I always get deliveries to this hotel from Amazon and others without a problem. Asked them to cancel the order and was informed that funds would be released as they only place a hold on my card. This is complete rubbish as funds had been taken from my account. “Customer service is diabolical. Purchased an order from them after website saying it was in stock only to receive an email saying they would be two months away. The next night, another email stating it would be an additional month. No reply’s to my emails and when I called them they had received my emails but never acted upon returning with more information. Won’t be sending any money their way again.”
“The item I paid for was not in stock, however this was not communicated to me. I only found out when I called over 1 week later to be told it would be in stock the following week. Another week went by and the item still hadn’t been despatched and no one had let me know. No response to my emails. I called again to be told it still wasn’t in stock, so I cancelled my order. Extremely POOR comms and over 2 weeks of my time wasted. Definitely my first and LAST order.
Terrible customer service and will be recommending others to shop elsewhere.”
“As a consequence of their faulty website incorrect part supplied. Returned but still waiting for a refund after 1 month. Trading standards/Small claims court seems to be the only remedy. E-mails never answered and fobbed off by customer support. This firm is the pits and should be avoided like the plague.”
