I ordered a motorcycle tyre nearly a month ago now. On selecting the page for the pirelli diablo tyre I wanted I noted out of stock, but the tyre size was wrong so I put in the size I wanted and hey presto it said in stock, so I ordered. Five days later I sent an email asking if demon tweeks would tell me when I could expect delivery. Two days later no reply, so I rang demon tweeks and each time my call was cut off after two rings. This was being done by them. I tried a different number, the same thing happened. Went back to their website and noted that my tyre size now carried the message "34 days delivery" That wasn't there when I ordered. So sent "another" email explaining I needed the tyre urgently and if it arrived in seven days then that was okay, if not I was cancelling a d I wanted a refund. Two weeks later,no reply, no refund, nothing from demon tweeks. I have dealt with them previously and had no problems, but.. that wasn't tyres!!! Today I notified them of court action as in a small claims court action, which will happen on Friday, and once I have paid for the claim action I told them no negotiation... It goes to court. I am appalled by demon tweeks total distain, ignorance and dismissive attitude. Well my bike contacts are considerable, all my family are bikers, the word about demon tweeks is traveling. Nothing negative, just don't rely on them, don't trust them. It's amazing, their ads indicate five stars...they are lying....look at their trustpilot score.... abysmal!!!!! It appears they are a truely awful company..... will add to this as time goes on.

Definately not the company they used to be. Ordered Bilstein shock absorbers for 1996 Series II 6 series BMW over 6 months ago, took over 2 months to deliver with no explanation or appology for time delay. That was the start, when finally arrived, Shocks were for SI and dont fit SII. They admitted their mistake and asked to get a quote for return, then once found the price all the stalling and lies began. To this date all I have received is more lies and and continual stalling and no resolution just hollow promises, and a car still undrivable with collapsed suspension. Spread the word, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY if you want honest dealing

Ordered 2 tyres via ebay from them. They Had an offer of 20% off for a period of time. After 3 days emailed me to tell me they were not in stock at time of order. You Should not take money when they are not in stock. Very naughty thing to do. I now have to wait for a refund and then source them elsewhere wasting more of my time.

3 orders this year and all substandard. All three items shown in stock for immediate delivery. They take your money, then NOTHING. It appears that they advertise fake stock levels. They don’t even bother to advise you that the item won’t be available for another month as was the case with two items. The third never showed at all. Still they’ve been trading 20 years which is what they tell you when you ring them up. You’d think they could have their systems and act together unless it is a deliberate choice to mislead customers. Not to be trusted and won’t see my business again.

I ordered a pair of motorcycle tyres knowing one had a 10 day restock time (according to the website) on day 11 I called customer services to enquire only to be told this tyre would not be sent to them from their supplier for another two and a half months. What an absolute joke..... I have cancelled the order and found a more reputable supplier. 24 hours on their website still claims this tyre is available for delivery within a few days.... This is just false advertising and ensures I will never use these cowboys again

I bought an Airhawk Seat from Demon Tweeks and after a couple of months it had a puncture. I asked DT customer service if I should just fix it but was told to return it as it was still under warranty. After so many calls and emails asking about progress I was told on every occasion someone would call to update me. This NEVER happened....and then today, 7 weeks after returning the Airhawk Seat, it arrived in the post...in exactly the same condition I sent it. Demon Tweeks have unquestionably the worst Customer Service I have ever come across. They simply don’t care and certainly don’t do what their website suggests (all queries will be dealt with within 5 working days). NEVER AGAIN. Update: I find it absolutely hilarious and indeed hypocritical that DT quickly contacted me about my review! Shame you don't treat ALL your customers with the same urgency. I should also like to add I sent a complaint to your so called customer services which was also ignored. Like I said, NEVER AGAIN. To top everything off....Trustpilot haven't responded to my email asking why my review was blocked! I then discovered that of course Demon Tweeks have a subscription with unTrustpilot!! Dah daaaaa!

After sales service is shocking. No response to calls and emails and keeps claiming photos of defective product was lost even though I had confirmation of receipt of first email. Took almost 8 weeks to finally get a response and now I have to wait for another 4 weeks to have seats repaired. Promised call back from manager but needless to say I am still waiting for that too.

Some ordered items were not in stock. Then asked for them to release my order without out of stock item. Was informed (after they took my money) that they do not deliver to hotels - I always get deliveries to this hotel from Amazon and others without a problem. Asked them to cancel the order and was informed that funds would be released as they only place a hold on my card. This is complete rubbish as funds had been taken from my account. I am now in a battle to get my GBP800 back from them. Avoid these guys at all costs.

The item I paid for was not in stock, however this was not communicated to me. I only found out when I called over 1 week later to be told it would be in stock the following week. Another week went by and the item still hadn’t been despatched and no one had let me know. No response to my emails. I called again to be told it still wasn’t in stock, so I cancelled my order. Extremely POOR comms and over 2 weeks of my time wasted. Definitely my first and LAST order. Terrible customer service and will be recommending others to shop elsewhere.

Ordered parts and paid express delivery, then told parts not I stock via email and won’t arrive until at least a month later. Happy to take money though. Complained to customer services, no reply. It seems as well they are not interested in improving their reviews and what is the point of customer services if they don’t reply. Very poor

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE ! We arrived as a family at 4.30 pm as we were travelling from Manchester and the traffic was heavier than usual, we telephoned ahead to confirm they were open until 5pm. We knew what items we wanted as we had looked on the website and our 14 year old son just wanted to try on the suit. Upon arrival there was no welcome or acknowledgment from any staff member, so we made our way over to the karting section and found the suit he wanted, The first interaction we had was from a grey haired individual ( I cant say gentleman as he most certainly wasn't ! ) who informed us that the shop would be closing in 20 minutes so we needed to hurry up, fair enough, so I asked for his help and he informed us he couldn't help us as he worked in the bike section and walked off. I then went to the counter to ask if anyone was available to help us, the same guy told us everyone was busy. I went back over to my family only for the lights to be turned off in the karting section where we were stood !. The same guy then approached again and told us again and told us we need to hurry up, at no point did anyone try to assist us. I had £350 to spend that day and all it would have taken was 5 minutes to go and get the item we wanted, instead the emphasis was getting us out of the shop ! We left the shop at 4.50 pm and asked another member of staff "is this how you treat all customers?" to which he replied, "to be honest if I turned up at Halfords 25 minutes before closing,,, implying it was our fault even though the trading hours are 9 to 5 pm. In response , If I turned up at Halfords at 4.30 pm , I would expect the same level of service as I would at 9am !. It was our first visit to this place and our last. What is the point in posting content on social media almost everyday and proclaiming the excellent customer support on your website when this is the service you receive when you attend ? As a fellow business owner, I hope this feedback finds its way to someone who actually cares about the profile and reputation of the business , as our expectations were high but the staff members really alienated us as future customers. SHOCKING !!

BAD SELLER, NO XMAS SPIRIT ..Bought 2 disc lock/alarms for Xmas presents. tested 23/12/22. both faulty, no alarms. offered a reasonable discount solution as too late for xmas. locks still worked. Alarm deterrent did NOT. Seller refused twice. . Deserved feedback given.

Where do I even begin, purchased a set of H&R twin tube coilovers for my car about 1 year ago now. The problems I have had with this "quality product" is appalling! First off fitting them. when I fitted the rear bump stop to the top of the rear shock it snapped off so had to get that sorted and well that was a mess about in its self. Then a few months later my front shocker starts to knock so I get told to take them all off again and send away to them! So not only have I taken them off in my own time it just cause's stress and hassle. So when they finally decided to come and pick them up it must take them month's to get them back when I was told a few weeks. And they didn't even know where they was in there warehouse! So when I do finally receive them back all "checked" and ready to go again I put them back on my car about 5 months later.. and to my surprise I have just had my car on the ramp and the rear shock is knocking. Never have I pushed the car to its limits. Neither the shocks. Never has it been round a race track. Barely do any miles in a year due to living so close to work. Then get told there out of warranty. What kind of product have you sold me. I haven't forked of £750 to be so disappointed in a product and company in my life. If I wanted a cheap product I would of brought a set JOM blueline coilovers or Stance Plus! Wouldn't even waste you're time with this company. There customer service has been appalling in my opinion and I should of went to another company to spend my money. I hope people learn from this review. Nathan bates

Ordered a couple of extralube zx1 items on August 1st and the order was made and said it was in stock and then a day or two later i got an email saying item was dispatched but never received anything and after weeks 3 of receiving nothing i sent them an email to complain but says order wasn't in stock when order was made even though it says it was and trying to explain to them why did i get a dispatched email and to be honest they are just not helpful at all and just rhyming off rubbish reply emails and i still haven't got them items and its nearly the middle of September.

Absolutely disgusting company and the people who work there are the worst kind i ever come across i spend £1000 on brand new alloys plus tyres i asked them to fit and include new tyres because i did not want the tyres fitted at a local garage who might damage the alloys well well well what a shambles they delivered them and the alloys have scratched all around the lip of the alloy clearly done by the machine that fits tyres i called them and i get fobbed off by an absolute C**NT and he tried to tell me i only had 48hrs after receiving my alloys to complain or bring up any issues!!! No way thats not what the law states so im taking these lot to court how dare they sell me brand new alloys which i paid nearly £1000 for them to be damaged and scratched hell no and i will do what it takes in my power to get these F**ckers dealt with accordingly!!! People do not buy anything from this site and if you read the reviews looks like im not the only person who has had an experience from hell from these lot STAY AWAY DO NOT SPEND A PENNY ON THESE SCAMMING BASTARDS!!!!

Bought tyres what was in stock and ready for dispatch. Then told not Instock and would have to wait .... rang up to change at 17:00 ...got passed to sales at 17:10 left on hold for 3 hours saying will be answered soon and I was first in the que to find out myself that the staff finished at 17:30. All I got was sorry. And the email response times. Your looking at days maybe even starting to go into weeks for a response.... Terrible service ill be posting videos and more on more review sites and car and bike formus so people are aware

I was only given feedback on my order when I chased. I placed an order online (02.04.21) for GKN Tripode joint grease which was listed as in stock; I received an email confirming my order. I waited, nothing happened, I looked at the site to check and it was listed as "processing" I called (07.04.21) and the lady said it was out of stock but would be in Friday and dispatched the same day. Nothing happened so I called again (12.04.21) waited 18 minutes for them to deal with 6 calls. I was told that it was out of stock and would not be in stock until end of April 21. I was transferred to "sales" so that I might find an alternative and call queued again. No suitable alternative, plus the "salesman" had a take it or leave it attitude toward the fact that I had now been on the phone for 40 minutes - astonishing. I have now ordered same from Merlin Motorsport who had it ex stock. I had to call D.T./queue again to request cancellation & refund; let's see if they get that right. This is my first purchase with Demon Tweeks and it will be my last. They have been around a while but are complacent and inefficient on every level. Lousy communication, a waste your time with some staff having an appalling attitude to customer service. My advice? Avoid, go elsewhere.
